Click on a question name. Underneath each question is a set of numbers. Click a number to give the answer that rating. Here's what the numbers basically mean:
1 - Pretty bad advice
2 - Not harmful, but not useful either
3 - Decent enough advice
4 - Good advice
5 - Really awesome advice
Just rate what you think the advice earned. After you click a number, the page you go to will give you the option to leave more feedback. If you don't feel like leaving feedback you don't have to, if you change your mind it's easy to go back and add it later.
