Ok, here is my situaton. I am a 14/f and in 9th grade. Well, i take a foods (cooking) class and there is this guy AJ who is in my group. Well the other day Garth, also in my group, asked me who I was going to the X-mas dance with and I said no one and that I wasnt even sure I was going. Well, AJ, an 11th grader said he was doing the same thing. He then asked me if i wanted to go with him. He said he would pay for it (It is $35 to go as a couple)and he would pick me up. He also said that he wouldnt ditch me for someone else at the dance b/c I was his date. Well, AJ is a really nice guy but he isnt the most attractive guy if you know what I mean. Also, he is really immature...he acts like a lil kid a lot. Anyway, he said he didnt want to go as boyfriend/girlfriend. Just so he'd have a date. So now, I dont know if he wants go with me b/c he wants to or because he wants a date. I don't know what to do! I dont know if i should tell him yes or try and find another date. My friend Kayla said she was going to ask her friend Bunion if he would go with me. But she said that if he didnt want to go then to go with AJ and then ditch him at the dance just so he can pay and so i'll have a ride. I don't want to do that but maybe i should? I dont know. I dont want to hurt him but i want to go. I told her i wasnt going to go if i didnt have a date b/c I didnt want to pay $20 to go by myself.

Dont use a guy like that! He was caring enough to tell you that he wouldn't ditch you at the dance.. and so you shouldn't be rude to him. If you don't want to go with AJ then don't go with him! If you see him at school, then flirt with him a little. Try to flirt with him enough so that he gets a hint, but not the whole idea. See if he flirts with you back. Also, you can try asking his friends if he likes you. If you find out somehow that he doesn't like you, then just talk to him a lot, and be yourself around him. Act confident. I have a 6 month old beagle and he bites me all the time..and only me and sometimes my mom but not my dad or brother..he never used to to this! It started about a few weeks ago and I don't think he's mad because half the time he's around me and happy..and then the other half he just starts chewing on me and I tell him to stop and I move away and he get's even more mad! I don't know what to do it really bothers me and it hurts! I know he's not teething because he's past that age and he chews his toys too. If I try to stop and disiplin him he doesn't listen..but he listens to everyone else in my family! Please help! I'll rate high..thanks!!
I had the same problem with my dad's dog..hes a 10 month old lab but we got him when he was a few weeks old. One problem might be if ur dog was taken away from the litter at younger than 6 weeks old. Cuz dogs need to stay with their mother and siblings for a while so they can learn how to interact with other dogs and ..creatures? lol Like when puppies play, puppy A will bite puppy B and then puppy B will like snap back at puppy A and thats how they learn not to bite. But what u need to do is let ur dog know that ur in charge. Dogs view their owners as their "pack" and they are always trying to be the leader of their "pack." But you need to prove to him that you and ur family are the leaders, not ur dog. Get a choker collar for him (dont worry they dont really hurt them, their skin is different from ours) and always keep a short leash on him. When he's biting u, tug the leash really fast and say firmly "NO BITE" (but dont SHOUT it). Keep jerking the leash until he stops biting u. Then reward him, say "Good Boy/Girl" and give him nice attention. Keep doing that repeatidly every time he bites u. It will take a while, but he will learn eventually.

Ok, well I met this guys 3 weeks ago, and we both liked eachother a lot! I felt like I knew his hole life honestly I could of wrote a book on him. In that week we would kiss and make out and the sort and he sort of stuck to me in my heart, well last week on monday we decided to be friends, it was better for him, and I wanted to make him happy, so I agreed, later that day I cried my heart out and the next day too, but never in front of him. We give eachother lots of hugs and we talk on the phone a lot too and i Help him out with his love life too, and I feel like a jelous tention. Just keep being friends with him, and flirting with him a little. Ever heard that expression "an old flame never goes out".. something like that lol i dont exactly remember it. Butanyway it just means that if u have a relationship with something, ALL of ur feelings never really go away.. u still have some lingering inside you. So maybe this guy still has feelings for u and maybe he'll realize it soon.
Also, if flirting with him doesnt work, play hard to get. Guys always want what they cant have. When he calls u, act like ur really busy.. but then call him back the next day.

Ok. I want to lose 100 pounds or more in about 1 -3 years. Will this make me lose 100 pounds. For breakfast all I eat is cereal. Then I have gym for 4th period. Which 2/5 days I walk about a mile or more. For lunch I have a sprite and sometimes chips. Then for dinner I have whatever my parents make. Then after dinner I do 35 sit ups, 50 squats. 30 jumping jacks. Also, I do watch what I eat. I drink water most the time and sometimes Ill have a pop. I usally only have 1 pop a day. Is there anything else I should do to help me? And do you think that'll make me lose 100 pounds in 1 - 3 years? Ok thanks.
Okay, you need to excercise way more. Walking is going to do pretty much NOTHING. Try RUNNING a mile everyday. If u cant run a mile, then just start out slow and as u get more into shape u can run faster and longer. Try to work yourself up to about 3 miles. And u need to do that more than 2/5 days a week. You should be getting ATLEAST 20 minutes of exercise 3 days a week, but since u want to lose weight you should be excercising more.
As for lunch, sprite and chips definitately won't help u at all. Try an apple and make some turkey or something and water. And u shouldnt starve yourself, because when u starve yourself, your brain sends messages to your body to hold onto it's fat longer because it thinks it's going to need the energy. So you should still eat, but just eat healthy, low-fat foods like fruits, veggies, and chicken (not fried.) Also there are some drinks that can increase your metabolism like grapefruit juice and green tea. Maybe u could try drinking one glass of either one every day. Also tell ur parents to make u healthy food for dinner every night.

i really thought that i "loved" my boyfriend and we were going out for two weeks, but we really rushed into it; both physically and emotionally. Since ur hair is so long i would layer it (like long layers) and maybe angle it in the front. And u dont already do so then u should blow dry it straight or straighten it. I would wear a dark brown eyeliner and a little blush to make u look not so pale. And then maybe brown or green or lavendar eye shadow (not too much though) Since u have long legs u should get low, tight-fitting jeans that flare out kind of a lot at the bottom and cover the tops of ur shoes. Good places to shop are Rich's if u have it where u live (Junior's dept) and Khols. You can get cute stuff thats not as expensive as Abercrombie or American Eagle, which are also good places to shop. Make sure ur shirts arent too big or loose cuz if they are then u will lose ur shape on top.
