My boyfriend
last monday i told my boyfriend that i was running away. (it was a joke) i didnt tell him that it was a joke until tuesday morning. he got all mad at me and ended up breaking up w/ me over it. Now he wont talk to me or even walk past me. i have last hour w/ him (he sits in front of me) what should i do? talk to him or wait until he talks to me?

Sometimes when guys wanna break up with their g/f, they will pick ANY reason to break up with her.. even the smallest thing, they will use it as an excuse to get out of the relationship...~~and again, that might not even be the case with u and ur bf!!~~

You should talk first. He prolly was scared out of his mind. I would be too, he truly likes you and he doesnt know if he should trust you now since you scared him like that. Talk to him first and appologize. Or write him a note saying sorry. That you like him and didnt mean any harm to him breaking up with you. Just let him know how you feel. Well that shows that he must really care about you enough not to talk to you after it. It sucks i know but you should just give him time. Obviously he has seen that you havent ran away but maybe you should pass him a note or give him to time to cool down then tell him it was a joke and that you didnt think that he would take it seriously. Obviously he isn't going to talk to you at the moment so you really need to talk to him. Write him a note or something. I think the whole 'joke', he didn't find it very funny and it scared him very bad and then you said you were joking the next day. Talk to him, be like "____ don't be mad @ me! I was just joking and now that I think about it...I shouldn't have joked around like that and scared you but I wasn't thinking about it and now I'm sad I don't want you to be mad @ me!!" If he ignores you, then give him some time and try talking to him again in like 2 days
