My name is Devin Lindsey or Vinny as my sister calls me! I am 17 years old and go to Bethel Park High school. I loooove swimming along with dancing, singing, and playing softball. I also run varsity track with is alright i supose too.


My favorite colors are orange, pink, and blue. I love to be crazy and have a good time

I've had a job working for 15+ monthes so I can answer alot about that

and I know alot about relationships in general so I can be helpful with that sometimes

especially with parent child relationships


I am a very observant person and tend to know more and care about more than most my age


and I really believe in volunteering to help animals especially at shelters. Usually its not their fault that they have to live their and its usually horrible cercimstances that bring them there and I feel terrible that they can't speak for themselves and people are too caught up in spending like $500 on this cute little pure breed puppy from a breeder just into getting rich instead of giving one of these dogs another chance at life (there are usually a handful of dogs under a year old so the i want a puppy excuse doesn't work with me)

My baby is named Lainey Mae... we got her from a shelter about 2 hours away from us when she was 7 weeks old. she is now 2 years old and the center of our family. unfortunately someone was cruel enough to go down and drug up and shoot (but luckly not kill) most of the dogs plus rob the owner (just like someone did at the shelter where I volunteer) and its now shut down

society tells us that having premarital sex is wrong, (risk of pregnancy, stds...) but also emotionally, that you cant handle a breakup after you lose your virginity to someone, it changes your life forever, etc. I know all of that, but is it true with EVERY SINGLE relationship that if you have premarital sex, it'll drive you two apart and you'll eventually break up. How wrong is it to have sex in highschool (only with 1 person of course and you keep it between yourself.) my boyfriend and I have been going out for 7 months and I want to have sex with him eventually but I'm afraid it'll make us break up... why does that happen? like think back in the 1940's, if you got pregnant both of you would drop out of highschool and GET MARRIED...why cant it be like that these days?

because society has changed for the better. majority of those mariages never worked out and often ended in abuse. people today have learned from past mistakes. dont do it seriously wait longer untill you are 100% sure

well it depends on how dressy you want. places like kaufmans and macys have nice formal dresses and hollister and american eagle have pretty less formal dresses. i dont no their websites but u can easily get that at yahoo or whatever

hey, umm, yeah...i haven't really been sleeping the past 2 weeks...and now, i'm starting to get headaches-like frequently...

this has never happened before, and like i just wanted to know if this is semi-normal or if something's wrong w/ me.

also, i'm postitive that its not like PMS or anything having to do with my period...it just started randomly happening...and plus, i've had it for like almost 4 years now...s0o0o, yeah...help?!

ive had the same probs before. i guess its pretty normal. i had to resort to using like allergy medicine that makes u tired just so i could get to sleep. thats what i would recomend doing if u tried everything else. also crying yourself to sleep works rather well. even if done of these work for you it should go away soon dont worry

Ok, Like i usally wear a size 3 in jeanes, but latley my thighs have gotten so big, that i have had to start wearing a 7!Is there anyhitn ghtta can make my thighs any smaller?And also, I wouldn'y mind losing my pooch either.I rate high!

accually kickboarding in a pool works amazing although your legs will get musclely there fast it burns leg fat fast.

Ok,i really want my eye makeup to look shimmery,and notacebal but not to over the top. You know,i nice pretty shimmery look. I mean i dont want over dramatic but i do want nice shimmery colors.I dont know what kind of eyeliner or lip gloss,or even eye make-up and blush to use for me. I have big brown eyes,long eyelashes [[i want to add volume to my eye lashed though to make them look darker but not longer]] and oval/round face,olive skin,and short layers with my hair cut to a little lower than shoulder length [[i also have natral caramal highlights]] I dont no if my hair has anything to do with it but i just would really like to know how to style my hair also. even if you say it on here its hard to tell what to use cause it varys person to person. if you go to like macys or whatever the ppl there at the makeup places will give you a free make over as long as you have an adult with you. they will tell you what kind of things are good for you. claires/icing also has good eye shadow. i would recomend a brown liner and mascara and then for eye shawdow i would recomend like gold colors. just make sure they are rich in color not to pastely but not really dark. also just because its expensive doesnt mean its nice either

i know this is kinda gross .. but ive been broken out on the back of my shoulders for the longest time.. probably since freshman year, im gonna be a junior in the fall. is there anything i can do besides using creams? they really dont seem to be doing anything :/

try using like face scrubs on your back or face acne stuff like oxy pads on your back. i dont have the same prob so i wouldnt no but it could work

I just got a new dog and it is about 2 and i wanted to train it cuz its kinda hard with its jumping and stuff to be on my family all the time can anybody give me some free dog training tips sites plz and thanx

well i think you need to go to dog classes once dogs are over 1 year old they become twice as hard to train. I also recomend books over the internet because on the internet you really don't no who is saying it and there is sometimes a lack of info in the internet. i would def recomend getting a book from a local library. and just if this is any help ingore the dog and hit them off of u like with your knee if they jump on you just dont talk to them because they only do it for attention.

i like to wear heavy pads over night just incase. make sure they have wings incase you move alot in you sleep to make sure it doesnt fall off

I just did my column and it looked REALLY pretty! I went to about 6 different websites to get ALL my graphics. I logged out, came back about 5 hours later, and EVERYTHING I did is GONE! I'm really upset right now because I spent about 5 hours on that column and my HARD WORK is all gone! Why is this and is there ANY way possible I can get it back? I'm petrified of the dentist and I have an appointment tomorrow. Im getting a tooth filled. Ive always been scared, but I always end up walking out saying that wasnt so bad. I realize that the only pain I will feel is the novacaine needle. Is there a way I can be less scared? I know the fear is worse than the actual procedure but Im still terrified.

just calm yourself down and try not to think about it. mine was so easy i didnt even need novacaine and i didnt feel a thing. just think about how good you will feel after it is done. if worse comes to worse think about the best part when you are done u can't chew anything because you are numb and you can only eat ice cream and stuff like that!

Volunteer at an animal shelter so u can be around dogs all day but u dont have to bring them home with you. or volunteer to care for a neighbors dog or something

okay well i got my period summer before 7th grade.. and im in the summer before 9th grade right now....and i still havent used tampons!! at first i really just, didnt feel the need to..but now i feel the need to and all my friends do and i just cant.. ive tried a couple times but idk.. ive done it with a mirror on the floor, and one of my legs on the ground and one up.. so i can see what im doing.. and it looks as if there is something blocking where i am supposed to be putting it... does that sound normal? i REALLY want to just somehow shove it up there but i dont know exactly what im doing.. ive read instructions and even books made for girls called Caring For Girls... please help i think there issometing wrong with me down there... thanks a bunch sry if i grossed you out=)

well i felt the same way. the easiest way to do it is to get slim fit ones that are plastic they are much easier to use. i used to have to use a mirror and all that too but after a day or 2 u get used to it enough to do it without. just if it makes u nervous make sure your in no hurry and you not going anywhere incase you did it wrong and you need to fix it or whatever

is it normal for a girl to have an upset stomach during her period? Because my stomach feels naseaus(sp?)and i feel like i wanna puke and my stomach is all bubbly feeling..this is my 3rd time having my period so any suggestions what i can do. i dont have any medicine so that wont help. 14/f....thanks for neone who tries to help.

i get that sometimes and its not that fun. well what i do is take tylonol but since u dont have that i would recomend eating something light like i ate cheese its and they made me feel a little bit better. also just laying around helps a little too. Just stay away from chocolate stuff and sweets they make your stomach feel alot worse.
