hey, umm, yeah...i haven't really been sleeping the past 2 weeks...and now, i'm starting to get headaches-like frequently...
this has never happened before, and like i just wanted to know if this is semi-normal or if something's wrong w/ me.
also, i'm postitive that its not like PMS or anything having to do with my period...it just started randomly happening...and plus, i've had it for like almost 4 years now...s0o0o, yeah...help?!

Okay the headaches are cause your not sleeping. For now take tylonal or advil or some type of medicine like that to help your headache then make a docters appointment so the docter could check it out. Good luck! Hope you feel better! ]
Not sleeping is causing the frequent headaches. Talk to a doctor and get his oppion. But its most likely due to the lack of sleep. Try taking a Tylenol PM, which helps with the headaches and puts you to sleep.

ive had the same probs before. i guess its pretty normal. i had to resort to using like allergy medicine that makes u tired just so i could get to sleep. thats what i would recomend doing if u tried everything else. also crying yourself to sleep works rather well. even if done of these work for you it should go away soon dont worry ]
You're sleep deprived, that's why you're getting headaches. If you're having trouble sleeping, try just relzing an hour or two before you go to bed, and don't watch TV or listen to loud music. If you are really having problems, you should go see your doctor. ]
Not sleeping enough and sleeping to much will both cause a headache. Its always a good idea to check with your doctor...helps ease the mind as well as the headache. But most likely it is sleep related. :) ]
I would go to the doctor for a checkup just to be on the safe side. I had frequent headaches when I was younger which were really interfering with my life. The doctor diagnosed me as having migraines. Now a simple pill a day keeps me from getting these headaches which means I can sleep.
If you're under a lot of stress, it could simply be a tension headache. Reducing the stress in your life and taking Tylenol or Ibuprofen as soon as you feel it coming on will help. Sometimes putting a heating pad on the back of your neck or having someone gently massage the area will help.
If yourheadaches come with nausea, sensitivity to light, or an all-over strange feeling, it could be a migraine. Try laying down in a dark, quiet room and taking a migraine formula such as Excedrin Migraine to treat it. ]
When I was a freshman I slept about two hours a night and started getting major headaches. As soon as I started sleeping, the headaches stopped.
I doubt any of us here are doctors able to truly diagnose you, but my best guess is that you're suffering from sleep-deprivation headaches.
They suck majorly.
If you can't fall asleep at night, try meditating while you're laying down. If sounds distract you, try putting an aircleaner, or something with a steady, semiquiet noise in your room so you can listen to that.
I doubt there's anything major wrong with you. You're probably just not sleeping enough. Teenagers need about 9.25 hours of sleep a night to be fully rested (and sometimes more).
I hope this helps, and I hope your headaches stop!
