use astringent, and what you do on your face on your back. Also, make sure you clean you back really well in the shower. If that doens't work, seek a dermatologist for help.

Have you seen a dermatologist? They miight be able to help, but I don't know if you'd want to see one, because they'll probably just offer a cream of some sort. Anyway, like the person below me said..I've heard people say they've used that, and they've completely cleared up now. They've said creams didn't work for them either, so maybe that AcneFree Soap is what you need, and it's not that priceyy!

Have you tried any body washes that are made to help with that type of stuff? If nothing has worked, maybe you should go to your doctor and they could refer you to a dermatologist who could help you out! Hope I helped and best of luck! xOxOx

Karen answered Friday July 22 2005, 11:53 am:
Try applying rubbing alcohol to your shoulders with a cotton ball for a few days and everything will start to dry out. You can then apply some Aloe Vera lotion or even vaseline and it will moisturize your skin. Or try using an oil-free moisturizer by PURPOSE instead. You can also use an astrigent by Clean n' Clear or Sea Breeze instead of using rubbing alcohol.

Try using rubbing alcohol. It will help dry out the oil. Then appy oil-free moisturizers so the skin will be healthy
