Here are some few tips:

1) Wear a tampon AND a pad.
2) Change your pad/tampon more often. Liek if you change it every two hours change it every hour.
3) Use a more absobant pad/ tampon. If it's just a panty liner, it won't work... try going up a size in the absorbancy ( i think that's how its said)
4) Or you could go to a doctor and get medication.

Ok so about your question. When you make out, you need to be relaxed and be having fun. Don't think too much about it. Here are some steps that I find helpful:

1) Tilt your head to the right and lean into the guy. Close your eyes just when your lips are about to touch. *DON'T CLOSE THEM TO SOON OR ELSE YOU MAY MISS HIS LIPS!
2) Start off just kissing. Then, you will know if he wants to go furthur if he starts to open his mouth or trys to poke his tongue through your mouth.
3) If he does, let his tongue enter. This is the fun part. You can actually play "games" in his mouth. Like push your tongue into him mouth then let him oush his tongue into your mouth and go back and fourth.
4) Explore his mouth. Run your tongue over teeth, gums, lips, the sides of his mouth, and even his tongue!
5) Then maybe let him take the lead for a little.

Well I can't tell you an exact date when you will start but I would say definitly before July.. maybe even June. You may even have it before. Just make sure you have a pad or something at school just in case you start then.

When telling your mom, just say, "Mom, today when I went to the bathroom I found this brown stuff (brown is usually the color when you first get your period) in my panties." She will probably know then that you started. She may even expect you to get it because about 80% of the time you get your period around the time your mom does.

When I first got my period, I only got it one day and then it didn't come back for like 1 and a half months. It's really light at first and it's not like you can have an "accident" Some girls get their period for the first time and it last more then one day. You may want to wear a pad the first day and so on. I don't think a tampon is really necassary, because it's not even going to be really heavy. However, if you are active and play sports or swim, you may want to because tampons are more comfortable for sports! ;) I hope I helped!!!

Not really. I got discharge for like 2-3 years before I got my period. If one time your discharge is like really heavy and there is a lot of it, then you may get it soon. Be happy that you have discharge and not your period... cause it's a pain!!!

Well it depends. When you have sex, it's usually your choice. However, it is illegal. You need to be I think 18 for it to be legal to have sex. If you have sex with someone that is 18 and you are only 13, your partner could get in major troble. Just make sure you know the risks of having sex. If you are safe then you should be fine. In my opinion, I think it's young.. don't risk your life at such a young age.
