im scared about starting my period because i dont know when it will happen. i need to know the syptoms and what it feels like - not trying to be nasty, im really scared.- k thanks in advance.

I just recently started like um ToDaY! and i know when its about to start first it usually starts about 2 years after you start growing boobs also when you have discharge and start growing underarm and pubic hair.

honey dont be scared im 13 and i started when i was 10 and everyone is different so you might even start later but you can get cramps during and before pms (mostly before) but every girl has to go through it and its completly natural so dont be scared!

usually you get major cramps and they hurt a lot, your moods might change, you could get acne and even discharge

It is differnt for everyone.
Here are some symptoms:
-bloating
-bad moods
-cramps (it may feel like you have to go to the bathroom)
-tiredness
-food cravings
-acne, pimples, zits, etc.
***not everygirl gets these symptoms though
When you get it, it's very light, you may not even know you have it till you go to the bathroom. The first time you start your cycle, it feels like you have discharge and when you wipe yourself, there is blood. You will of course get blood on your panties.

some people get carmps in there stomach area!
i dont sometimes i'll get a really bad headach!!
before you start you might get some discharge which if you dont know isl ike white stuff! that helps me know im about to start soon!
so yeah you could get cramps or headachs! but everyone is different! so yeah i hope i helped

its not nasty you are a female it is natrual some of the signs are discharge and crapms if that starts you need to carry a pad around with you in a perce or somthing not a tampon you are sapose to wait at least a year after you get your pirod to wear one i hope i helped get back to me
