itsz_JESS answered Friday April 21 2006, 5:25 pm: you could try wearing a tampon and if that leaks through then change it frequently or put a tampon in and also use a pad.. but if you dont want to use tampons try changing your pad like every 2 hours or so [ itsz_JESS's advice column | Ask itsz_JESS A Question ]

xoMarisox answered Thursday April 20 2006, 4:30 pm: Here are some few tips:
1) Wear a tampon AND a pad.
2) Change your pad/tampon more often. Liek if you change it every two hours change it every hour.
3) Use a more absobant pad/ tampon. If it's just a panty liner, it won't work... try going up a size in the absorbancy ( i think that's how its said)
4) Or you could go to a doctor and get medication.
orphans answered Thursday April 20 2006, 3:46 pm: hey,
there are many different ways that you can stop this, make sure that you keep changing your pads frequently, usually every 3-4 hours. if this still doesnt work then perhaps you should buy some pads that are for a 'heavy' flow, these are usually bigger and absorb more. and if that still doesnt work i would suggest going to your doctor, they might be able to put you on the pill to make you period lighter and more comfortable for you.
hope this helps! Xx [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
