Ok so about your question. When you make out, you need to be relaxed and be having fun. Don't think too much about it. Here are some steps that I find helpful:
1) Tilt your head to the right and lean into the guy. Close your eyes just when your lips are about to touch. *DON'T CLOSE THEM TO SOON OR ELSE YOU MAY MISS HIS LIPS!
2) Start off just kissing. Then, you will know if he wants to go furthur if he starts to open his mouth or trys to poke his tongue through your mouth.
3) If he does, let his tongue enter. This is the fun part. You can actually play "games" in his mouth. Like push your tongue into him mouth then let him oush his tongue into your mouth and go back and fourth.
4) Explore his mouth. Run your tongue over teeth, gums, lips, the sides of his mouth, and even his tongue!
5) Then maybe let him take the lead for a little.
