Hi..im just wondering how everyone out there who wears a bikini and all the ppl who wear swim trunks and has a flat stomach..how do you do it? How can i GET BIKINI BODY and KEEP it? Do I have to be watcing what i eat 24/7/365?

maybe just cut down on the junk food and bit and do dit ups or crunches. i do 72 situps a day and it works really well. that would prob give u a flat stomach. hope i helped.

In the first 2 years of ur period its very irregular. I go months at a time without getting mine. Sometimes if ur very athletic, and active u might skip a month or two. Dont worry 2 much especially if ur in the first 2 years. hope this helps!

I have had this one comforter for a long time and now it has holes in it and stains and all that kinda stuff. I want a new one soon, but my mom wants to make me a new one, but she's really a busy mom- she is a pilot- and I know I'll almost be in college by the time she's done! Pleez Help me!

ask ur mom if maybe she could buy u a comforter and make u a blanket to match or something. That way u wouldnt hurt her feelings but u could still have a bed. Or maybe help pay for it. U dont need 100 bux, i saw one at kohls for 30. good luck and hope i helped :)

thats extremely NOT abnormal. i got mine when i was 13 and 6 months. My friend is 14 and 1 month and she still doesnt have it. Dont worry u'll get it. And alot of ppl think the later the better. It'll come when its ready. Usually in 7th grade or the following summer. Hope i helped. rate me

Maybe he hasnt ditched u. something could have come up. Wait until u do reach him and hear his expanation b4 u decide whether to keep or ditch him. If he says o srry i didnt call or something lame have a talk with him and decide which would b better for both of u, breaking up or staying together.

I would definetly consider it. Who knows, u might start to like it. Its also a great way to meet ppl, have fun, and stay in shape. But dont feel obligated too do it just bcuz other ppl want u too. hope i helped.

Does anyone know how to make any healthy snacks or drinks that i can make at home? Im trying to loose weight so ill be fit for school. Ill rate you.

Fruits and veggies are always healthy but they get boring. There are some healthy things that u can buy like rice cakes only hav around 45 calories and 1 gram of fat and come in lots of flavors. Light yogurt is very healthy too. Hope i helped. If u have any other questions ask me :)
