bikini body? Hi..im just wondering how everyone out there who wears a bikini and all the ppl who wear swim trunks and has a flat stomach..how do you do it? How can i GET BIKINI BODY and KEEP it? Do I have to be watcing what i eat 24/7/365?

well i wear a bikini but i dont do nothing special really..i just run everyday..and i eat right basically..and i drink a lotta water..thats about all u have to do..and ya u kinda do have to watch what you eat.. cuz u just cant eat cake all day and expect to have a flat stomach.you have to eat healthy..but its ok to splurge at times! lol *hope i helped* <3/Dakota ~If YoU nEeD nE tHiNg ElSe JuSt DrOp OnE iN mY iNbOx ]
hey i guess i was blessed..i have a very fast metabolism so i have a "bikini body"..but for a flat tummy i think doing crunches is your best bet..iduno about watching what you eat 24/7/365,,but my friend just lost a lot of weight eating salads, fruits, & drinking 1-2 slim fasts a day..hmm well hope that helps some..xo`lexi ]
well if u want a flat tummy just do sit ups! but i can get bored with those really easy so just walk or run around the neighborhood with headphones! and u kinda need to watch what u eat but if u just eat healthy, no greasy stuff and things like that then u should be good! hope i helped! ]
you dont really have to watch wat you eat lyk i dont and i lost 17 lbs and all i eat is burger king...*pretty bad food choice but neways all i do is walk and do sit ups and drink alot of water! if you drink 10 glasses of ICE COLD water a day you loose 300 calories and wat most people have is water weight so keep drinking water and doing sit ups and you will be good!and also go walking i walk for about 15 min a day not much but it works! ]
Well, watching wut u eat helps... but u gotta do more than just that. Try doing sit-ups and/or crunches everyday. On ur first day do however many crunches you can handle, and each day try 2 do more than the day b4. It's good 2 get in2 sum type of routine. That'll (hopefully)help keep a "bikini body." ]
lol ya i live whereyou wear a bikini everywhere all day haha lol.. yea just keep a balanced diet and remember a pound is = to 3,500 calories, and make sure you get at least 20 mins. of some excercise everyday and u can do situps and stuff i do that.. but if u wanna ask me more my s/n's .. oooRipCurlGurl.. alrighty

maybe just cut down on the junk food and bit and do dit ups or crunches. i do 72 situps a day and it works really well. that would prob give u a flat stomach. hope i helped.

I guess I'm lucky because I don't like to eat very much...But I DO eat so don't consider not eating as an option. Not eating could be very dangerous. That's always a bad choice. Plus, sometimes when people do not eat, they tend to get hungry later and eat twice as much...therefore then they would gain back their weight. The trick is to eat cautiously. Eat a lot of breakfast...eat a small lunch, and eat a small dinner. It's like a pyramid...it gets smaller each meal during the day. Don't eat a lot at night before you go to sleep. Exercise video tapes can be fun and successful lol. My mom has those tapes. Whether you have a flat stomach or not, you should be proud of your body. Everyone is a different shape and variety is great. Good people will like you for who you are, not for your body. I hope things work out! =) ]
okay.. well dont stop eating! that would be bad.. dont go on a diet.. cuz what do the first 3 letters of diet spell??.... die.. yeah that wouldnt be good.. it shouldnt matter on how yooh look! nobody should care and if the stare just be like hey yooh got a problem? nobody should care what anybody looks like its yoor body! do what yooh want! but if yoh do go on a diet just make sure yooh eat.. a diet is not where yooh stop eating!! ]
You don't need to watch what you eat ALL the time, but be causious of it. Like only eat until you're full, and don't stuff yourself. Also, drink lots and lots of water, because water fills you up. Crunches/situps also give you the nice flat stomach ]
Just know that you need to stay active and be aware of your eating habits. As long as you stay on a healthy diet, you can get yourself a "bikini body". ]
nope not at all..excersize do 100 sit ups a day dont go to mcdonalds ..lol unless u get there salad..umm eat good foods but you dont have to watch wut u eat just try to eat better foods..jog..the more excersize the less you have to watch your weight..it all has to even out and once you got your bikini body still work out just not as much :-D hope i helped
