You haven't worded your question very well...so I'm not sure what you mean, but I can recommend you a good site you can make your own journal/diary at. I suggest [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). It's really great because it puts NO ads at all on your site. You can customize your website however you like. I use it myself (kimmie4ever.diaryland.com).
