okay well im turning 13 in november... and i havnt gotten my period yet... is that abnormal??? all my friends got theirs already?? if ya help me out then thanx!

no it's perfectly normal to not have your period yet. be thankful. you don't want it. it sucks big fricken time. there are lots of reasons why you could not have it yet like if you are athletic that keeps it from coming longer or it could be anything. Just be patient i dont know why you would want it cuz well you may want it now but once you get it you will wish it never came. Just wait and if you don't have it by the time you are 17 then you should see a doctor becuase it's supposed to come by then. good luck! hope i helped you a bit. :)

Many girls get their period for the first time, at different ages. Ranging from 11-16+. Your just a late bloomer. Have nothing to worry about... having your period isn't something to get all happy about anyway!

You have nothing to worry about! You should only start worrying when your 16 and still don't have your period. I was one of the last ones out of my friends to get my period, I only got it at the beginning of grade 9. So trust me, you have nothing to worry about. Some girls don't get their period until they are 16. You may fell left out among your friends, but it's nothing to worry about. Just be glad you don't have to deal with it! If you don't get it in a few years, take a trip to the doctor's and they'll fill you in on what your problem could be.

No that is not abnormal i didnt get mone until i was 14 some ppl are just slower than others it just is how your body works.....plus dont rush it ((you rly dont want it))

Naw, that's not abnormal. I didn't get my period until I was 14. Usually girls don't get their period until they are around 110 lbs or so. (I don't even weigh that much yet tho and you could weigh more than that too and not have gotten it.) It all depends on the person. If you are really concerned about it, then go talk 2 a doctor, but I would say wait it out a lil longer.

Nah, that's not abnormal at all. Some people get their period really young and sometimes people get theirs really late. It just depends on the person. I got mine in fourth grade and my mom got hers when she was 16! So it is totally random. No worries! =)
PS...HOPE that it comes late. LOL. I wish I had mine when I was sixteen. Periods come with cramps and all that crap you have to worry about >_< haha.

thats extremely NOT abnormal. i got mine when i was 13 and 6 months. My friend is 14 and 1 month and she still doesnt have it. Dont worry u'll get it. And alot of ppl think the later the better. It'll come when its ready. Usually in 7th grade or the following summer. Hope i helped. rate me

not at all. you can start anywhere between 8 and 16 so don't be worried. and you should consider it a blessing! it is a big responsibility and it's only when your physically mature, so don't be worried if your friends have it and you don't. and remember everyone's different!
