Healthy Snacks Does anyone know how to make any healthy snacks or drinks that i can make at home? Im trying to loose weight so ill be fit for school. Ill rate you.

A good idea is not to eat any carbs in the morning. Wait until the late afternoon or early evening to have those. And it would really help if the carbs were whole grain or whole wheat. You know, the complex carbs. Also, a really good thing is to not eat at all after 7 PM. A good way to lose some more weight is just drink water everyday for a while until you lose the weight you want. ]
Fruits are good and they are quick to fix up. Usually I'll be walking through the kithchen and I'll pop a grape in my mouth or sumthin'. You can make smoothies too. Those r the best! I hope things turn out okay for you! ]
ya...you can try eating someone out instead of salads and for dressing, add some cum! or maybe some cock-soup!!! Theyre both really good, I've tried them!!!!!!!!! ]
well try drinking more juices and water. They're all natural and arent packed with sugars. Snacks-- try eating some veggies with a fat free salad dressing or some fruit. Rice cakes are yummy and they really wont effect you at all. Also try eating different low fat cold cuts on pita bread-- delish! And totally healthy!

You could try making smoothies. such as bannanas and milk or using soy milk. Or you could even make a slimfast shake from the s.f. powder, those are yummy. If you use alot of ice it will make it foamy-er and frothier:). Just stick to fruits that are high in protien fiber and nutrients and you will be fine. like, bannanas,oranges,apples,apricots,ooh and berries. A snack you could try, that is really yummy, is apples/bannanas and peanut butter. I hope this helps! good luck! ]
well their's this one snack that you take a banna cut it in half put couple of ice scoop's and put a cherry on top now that's realy good but HA you can't have it since your trying to lose weight so go eat's some fruit and i'll enyjoy this banna split ]
Fruits and veggies are always healthy but they get boring. There are some healthy things that u can buy like rice cakes only hav around 45 calories and 1 gram of fat and come in lots of flavors. Light yogurt is very healthy too. Hope i helped. If u have any other questions ask me :)

a good recipe is bananas and skim milk and ice and maybe some strawberries. my fav. good luck! ]
well no but i have a technique for you..ok lets say u have a sandwitch ( a full on) eat HALF and then wait 3 hours and eat the other half..only eat half of your meal then wait 3 hours and eat the other half..dont make it TO fatening tho... my mom did this and she lost tons of weight hopefully it will work for you :-D
