My Bed!!

Question Posted Tuesday August 3 2004, 9:34 pm

I have had this one comforter for a long time and now it has holes in it and stains and all that kinda stuff. I want a new one soon, but my mom wants to make me a new one, but she's really a busy mom- she is a pilot- and I know I'll almost be in college by the time she's done! Pleez Help me!

Sit your mom down and have a talk.
Say, "Mom, I think it's awesome that you want to make me a new bedspread, but I'd rather buy one. You're so busy all of the time, and I don't want to make it a tighter schedule for you." I really hope i helped! Good luck with your mom!

save money for one for yourself. thats what alot of people have to do when they dont exactly get what they want or when they want something sooner than later.

well why don't you buy a new one for the time being.. but still let your mom make you one.. and when u go away to college bring the one ur mom made you.. that will also be a reminder of her and such

Go to Walmart or Target and get one. I know it may sound tacky but it will be cheap and you may find one ultra cheap. Good luck happy shopping xoxo

Try and save up money for a new one yourself, or look for sales or something so you have one until the one she is making is actually done
