If you have one near you, you can get good ones at Piercing Pagoda (or any piercing place around you). Or you could get them at a tattoo place (because they usually do piercings there also). There's also Claires, but I wouldn't recommend that. Whenever I (and anybody else I know) used the earrings from there, they infected my ear. Usually becuase they are not real. But if that's all you got, then you could just go there. I think they have sterling silver earrings there, but you'll have to check. Good luck :)

i have this bed head stuff i used to scrunch my hair, it always seems to get frizzy when i put hairspray in it, but i have to otherwise it won't hold.. what can i do to it that'll make it less frizzy??
When you scrunch your hair, use gel, mousse, and/or hair-wax. They work best for scrunching. THEN when you are done..you can use hairspray to hold it more, but you don't necessarily have to.

It's a really good site..scroll down on it, there are SO many songs!
Then, where it says "Play" next to the name of the song that you want, right click it. Then click "Properties" all the way at the bottom the menu-thing that comes up. A box will come up. The last thing it says on the box is "Address (URL)". Look at that, there should be a URL next to it. That's the URL for the song. Highlight the whole thing and paste it into the music section in "Look and Feel" on your Xanga. **When you highlight the URL from that box, make sure you pull your mouse all the way down, so you don't miss any of the URL, because it could be 'hiding' underneath the other part..** Hope that wasn't too confusing, good luck :P

i've known my best friend for almost two and a half years now, and i have some hilarious pictures and memories from the past bit. also some serious ones and all that. anyway, i want to somehow incorporate everything he and i have been through into some sort of gift to be able to give him at the end of high school (we're juniors right now). but i'm kind of blanking on good ideas. i want to make sure it can have all of our inside jokes and all that, and be something he can keep forever, you know? any help would be greatly appreciated!
Go buy like a scrapbook or one of those photo album books with the full pages. Then you can put all your pictures in there and write quotes, jokes, etc. next to, underneath or above the pictures. Design it however you would like to, go crazy! It'll look great when you are done. And if you have room left at the end of the book, you can just tell him that he can put in more pictures that he has or whatever to fill it up! Hope it turns out great :P

my best friends sister just got diagnosed w/ cancer! my closest cuzin just died last year of cancer. i always talked to her about my cuzin and now i totttally regret it cuz i really dont want her sister to die!! her sis is 18 and she soooo nice. the bad thing is that my best freind and i are 13 and its that time when ur family treats u like ur garbage. and her sister is teh only one who was nice to her and always there for her. thats y i feel sooo bad. and ive been comforting her but evrytime i do i hafta stop cuz i get teary eyed cuz i think of my cuzin. and then she gets teary eyed and i just dk wut im supposed to do.

You'll still be there for her..always. Don't think about the bad things that could happen to her sister, think about all the good things. Just talk to her. It's okay if you cry, and it's okay if she cries. You get your feelings out that way. Talk to her about everything, she needs to get it out. I think you should definately tell your boyfriend. Because what if you don't? What if your ex gets to him before you do? Then it will be much worse! I think you should be honest and tell your boyfriend the truth. He'll most likely get mad, but it's SO much better if you tell him yourself. Hope it works out..

You could make them something, if you are artistic (or even semi-artistic lol). Maybe something that has to do with soccer? They don't really need their names on it, so you could basically get them anything. Think about what else they like and I'm sure you'll find something! Good luck :P

Hey, I've noticed that on some people's columns, they have parts of their text that's bolded, and I just wanted to know how to do that or what is the code for that. Thanks y'all. :)
Type *b* in front of the text. Then type */b* behind the text you want bolded. BUT you have to replace all the *'s with "" for the backs. Sorry I couldn't write it out, or it would make my text bold. Also if you want to do other things, use the same code, but do these letters:
i = italics
u = underline
s = strike
If it's too confusing just ask me.. :)
EDIT: I had to make it like the pinkys because I couldn't figure out a way to make it not show up..sorry pinky.

Yeah, stop using AOL...way to expensive. Comcast is a good and fast. Then you could just get AIM (AOL Instant Messenger) if you want to use a messenger. It's free (AIM), and easy. Good luck :)

Whenever i straighten my hair, there's always a dent from the straightener @ the roots (where my part is). How do i get rid of the dent/prevent it? thanks i rate high!!
When you straighten your hair, don't stop while your pulling it down your hair. That's what creates the dent. I get that all the time. If that does happen, just straighten that section again, but a little quicker that before.

i have been feeling bad for a while.. i think i have the disease depression... im almost 16 years old and until recently i havent told anyone except my best friend... i want to tell my mom and go to the doctor to find out for real but im scared... im afraid she wont understand or not take me seriously or get mad... some of my symptoms are: alot of insecurities with myself, feeling empty, trapped, i always wanna stay home and sleep, i hate myself, im sick of my life, and i have alot of regrets.... im not so bad that im thinking of suicide though.. i would NEVER do that.... the thing is i think i have a pretty good life and im lucky for the things i have and that makes me feel really guilty about feeling bad..... i have a good house, im healthy, i have a family who loves me, my parents are together, and i have alot of stuff but i still feel depressed....... i no there are people who have it so much worse than me and all that makes me feel so much worse about how i have been feeling.... my questions are do u think i am really depressed like.. do u think i have the disease or do u think im just a moody teenager? and do u think i should tell my mother? please please time one million answer my questions!!!! i reallyyyyyyy need help!
I'm not forcing you to do anything, but I think you should tell your mom. She loves you, and lets just hope she'll understand you. I can't give you an answer to if you are depressed or not. You may just be feeling bad about some things. I'm glad you're not thinking about committing suicide. I hope everything works out for you ;)

Go to a mall or any store near you and get him a gift certificate for it. Like for clothes or anything else he likes. Even though he burns his cd's, you can still get him a cd. It doesn't really matter. You could also get him a new portable CD player, if they aren't too expensive. Just think about what he likes, and you should find something for him :)

When you start to see that you are getting split-ends, go get your hair trimmed (only trimmed, not cut). You'll know if you get split-ends. Basically look at the ends of your hair and see if the hair is splitting. If you get it trimmed, your hair should grow faster. Other than that, theres not much you can do. Everybody's hair grows at a different rate. Sorry :/

If he asks you to dance, just dance with him! It's alright to dance with friends! Just make sure if you don't like him like that, you tell him. Just so he knows. Say something like "I'll dance with you, but I want you to know that..I only want to be friends with you. Is that okay?" He'll probably say yes, because he still likes you. ok well i have straight hair but for some reasons its really really frizzy! and like i have "Frizz-ease" but you can only use that when your hair is wet . .. and i usually shower at night and for school its soo frizzy ! does anyone know a friz-control product that you can use on dry hair ?

This isn't a product, but I have straight hair too, and I use this. I bought a good, professional hair straightener and I use that every morning. Even though my hair is straight. It takes all the friz out because it flattens it all out. The brand of my straightener is "Hot Tools: Professional". Hope it works for you!

So I asked what I should do about my "friends" before, what happened was my friend demanded i drive her all around town to finds a party (there was a bunch of us in the car) and I go well i have to pay for gas so no, then she bitches at me for like 10 minutes then bangs my car on the sidewalk when she left, apparently she felt bad and was gonna apologize and she still hasnt! that was on halloween weekend. Ever since then my friends have been bitchy to me and ignoring me and not inviting me anywhere! I have talked to 2 of them and was like what should i do? like why am I in trouble out of this situation? Like my friends have been so evil to me, and my boyfriend feels bad and doesnt know what i should do or what he should say. I have tried to figure things out with them but like they just say (without tellin me why there mad) in time it will get better...but it hasnt its gotten worse, they defiantely did secret santa without me.. like did i basically lose my friends ? i have no clue what to do? i have 8 months til university and until then i have a boyfriend?> and a few guy friends?? help!
