Ok i went to Wal-Mart last week and i bought a straightener. (Havent opened it yet) It cost like $30 and its a Conair Ceramic Ultra Slim Straightener 1 5/8" plates. DOes anybody have this?? Its a really bright shiny red and its slim. I just wanted to know if it works or if anybody thinks it will work or whatever. I have thin/thick NOT thin but not think hair if that helps...

I have a straightener very simalar to that one. It works really well for my hair and my hair is REALLY thick. But there's another product that helps make your hair straighter. It's a shampoo and conditioner by Marc Anthony called "Simply Straight" It smoothes out curls and waves so it's easier to straighten.

i have STICK STRAIGHT hair no matter what i do to it. how can i give it some wave without curlers or a curling iron cause i dont have much time in the morning

One option is to scrunch your hair. After you get out of the shower, take some mousse(sp?) and just scrunch your hair with it.

It doesn't matter what age people first have sex. And none of that other stuff that you metioned doesn't matter either. The only thing that matters is if you are in a relationship with someone and you feel comfortable with having sex with them and that you feel that you are ready. Never ever ever have sex with someone just because you want to impress them, you want to act like a slut and just go have sex at an early age, etc. Something else you really need to worry about is protection. Because if you go out and have unprotected sex, theres a chance that you might become a teenage mother and the guy will most likely walk out on you.

my g/f gets angry sometimes about little dumb things like what movie we go see and she gets real angry and abusive.she likes to throw things and hit me but i dont hit her back i just hold her until she cools off.but it gets tiring and sometimes it hurts.but i dont want to break up with her because i love her.what should i do?

Sit her down and talk to her about her abusive ways. If she knows that she's hurting you, she will try her best not to do it anymore =D

Ok my hair is curly and a little past my shoulders! I have some questions about it.
Does leaving it in a towel after a shower make the curls less.....well curly? lol

What are some ways to make the curls less intense after its wet without the use of a relaxer?

I used to have the same problem! I STRONGLY recommend "Simply Straight" shampoo and conditioner by Marc Anthony. When you wash your hair with it, it smoothes out curls and waves and make it easier to straighten with a straightener. As for straighteners, I recommend Gold Ceramic ones by Conair.

Ok,well i haven't my period yet [[and im 13..]] My mom got it when she was 13,my sister got it when she was 14. Does this run in the family that i'll get it either this year or when im 14? or would i be different? i really just want to get it over with instead of being afraid it'll happen when im in school or somewhere everyone can see it !!

Every girl starts their period at a different time. So don't worry if other people got it sooner than you. When your body is ready,your period will come. And to be honest..it's nothing to look forward to lol.

Don't say that you will do stuff just to impress a guy. That's not what a guy should look for in a girl. They should look at like how nice you are, not how much action they'll get.

By what I'm understanding, this guy is just a playa. Obviously he will do anything for sex and doesn't care about who truly loves him. You should tell your friend that it's not a good idea to fall in love with him. Tell her that if they happen to go out, she will probably only end up getting hurt.

Ive had this best guy friend for a while. We went out a few years ago, and it lasted fr over a year, things got rocky, and we're still very good friends.

But recently it's been obvious that theres been attraction between the two of us. We hung out the other day and one thing led to another and we got to the point of almost having sex. I stopped it and went home. Tomorrow we are hanging out together again, and i know the same is going to happen. The thing is, i REALLY want to have sex with him because we had such a great relationship, but it just feels funny.

Would it be be wrong and "slutty" of me to do so?

The main question here is: Does he have a girlfriend? If he does and you decide to have sex with him things can only go reeeeally bad.

But, no one can tell you when you're ready to have sex. If it doesn't feel right, then don't do it. Don't do it because you feel you HAVE to. The greatest advice I can probably give here is if you go through and have sex with this guy, use condoms so things won't go from bad to worse.

Me and my gf havent exactly been getting along we cant talk much it neva works, we hug sometimes, and we dont do anything else either because there was a problem and we said we'd work it out but obviously not and im a shy guy and i get pretty depressed often and today one of her friends(also friend of mine) told me my gf wants me to stop me getting into depressive moods and make more of an effort to make the first moves or she will dump me. And then her friend also told me that she also liked another 2 guys and she things my gf is just using me.
But when i was 1st goin out with her i have neva been as happy and im not sure i wanna give up on her and thus lose that happiness.

Well, since things seem like their not working out, just call her up one day and just say, "(her name), I don't think things are working out and I think things would be better if we didn't go out anymore"

But you can't really say that its her that's making you totally happy. Because if she is the only thing that makes you happy, then what's the point of doing anything else besides being with her?

Ok. There was this baby i was babysitting and a little kid. i put them to sleep and i was watchin TV. then i heard the baby cry. i ran upstairs and the little kid was ontop of the baby! i do not know hwat to do!! i dont want to tell the parents but the baby might be hurt. HELPP

You should really tell the parents. Because if the baby is hurt and they find out that you knew, you may lose your job.

my cat is breathing hard and his mouth is partly open. and hes just lying on his side a lot! he went into the bathroom and just layed there under the sink for a long time. is he dying? or is it because of the hot weather? When my hamster was dying, she was just lying around and breathing hard. please answer imidiatly. i love my cat.

If I were you, I would take your cat to the vet.There may be something wrong..his lungs may not be working correctly and the vet may be able to fix it.

It was my week to feed the dog and I totally forgot because I got so caught up on going to a a carnival thing where "famous" people were going. I kept getting out of the house with my friends looking for good clothes and stuff like that, you know getting ready. So I TOTALLY forgot about the dog and left the poor thing with no food. I know it was my fault but I didnt want to get grounded from going so I blamed it on my brother. I told my mom that we switched weeks and we didnt. My brother will not talk to me because hes grounded for the rest of the month since the dog is sick. And it really sucks because its summer! Well I want to tell my mom that it was really my week but I dont know if I should. I am driving myself INSANE over this. Please helppp!!

You should tell your mom!!! I mean, how would you feel if your brother did something like that and then blamed you? Always put yourself in the other person's shoes just so you know how it feels. Take the dog to the vet! This is really bad because you can even get caused for animal cruelty. The vet can press charges on that. So obviously...FEED IT! And it would be horrible if your brother got charged for animal cruelty when YOU did it..

hi, this has been bugging me for ages. when i was 13 i got the chicken pox. i went to the hospital and was seen by a male doctor. he asked me to take my top off to have a better look at my spots. i had them on my arms and body. then he told me to take my cami-top off too so i'd be naked down to my waist. i cried but he insisted it had to be done. so i did and he touched my breasts...all this was to confirm i had chicken pox. thats not normal is it?

Umm...well to be honest, I haven't had chicken pox yet..But that just doesn't sound right at all. Do you remember the doctors name? If you do, tell someone!!!

Hey i'm 5'4 and 135-140 pounds. I'm not really chubby hust a little cause i have a 36c chest. I wanna tone my stomach up so instead of a tankini when i go to the beach in auguest i can wear a bikini. i already run 2 miles a day, what else can i do? is there enough time?
