Ok. There was this baby i was babysitting and a little kid. i put them to sleep and i was watchin TV. then i heard the baby cry. i ran upstairs and the little kid was ontop of the baby! i do not know hwat to do!! i dont want to tell the parents but the baby might be hurt. HELPP

Well first get the little kid off of the baby...then check the baby if he was hurt..then call the parents and tell them wat you saw (when your calling the parents make sure that you have the baby in your hands so that you know the little kid didnt hurt him) and yea that about all i can give you for your situation...

You need to tell the parents what the little kid did.. Indeed the baby could have been hurt or even might be hurt. You have to put yourself in the position of the parents.. if you had someone watching your kids.. and that happened.. Would you want the person to tell you. I know that if a little kid was ontop of my daughter i would want to be told...

You should tell the parents. First off they need to check the baby for any injuries. Second they need to figure out why the kid was on top of the baby. They won't know unless you tell them.

Tell the parents before the little baby gets hurt by the kid. It's not your fault that the baby was hurt because of their child, so you need to tell them (You won't get in trouble). Every baby-sitter should do that if a child is getting hurt, you can't ignore something like that.

Uh...you should definitely tell the parents. It's their kids after all. If their baby is hurt, they need to know, the same goes for if their other child is violent. Was this like, a sexual thing or was he trying to kill the baby or what?

Maybe the little kid was just playing and didn't realise that the baby could be hurt.
But it's better the parents know the truth than suspect you for any harm done to the wee baby.

Tell them - even if the baby isn't hurt, there may be another issue they need to deal with. I don't know how the kid got on top of the baby, or what all that means, but if it was intentional, then there's an issue with the kid. If the kid was asleep and rolled over on top of the baby, then the issue is that they need to not have them in a bed together. Though I don't know why they wouldn't have the baby in a crib.

you should really tell the parents. its not ur fault. you put them to bed and the kid decided to do a stupid thing. if you dont tell the parents and the baby is hurt and its serious then you'll have something big to regret so you'll feel guilty. so just tell them the same story you told all of us!

See if the baby is ok tell the little kid it is not ok to get on top of him. Check the baby for any red marks scratches or bruses. If he is ok you don't have to call his parents. But if he is not you need to.

What was the kid doing on top of the baby? Well, deffinitly tell the parents. Why wouldnt you? The kid shouldnt be doing that. Like you said, the baby could get hurt so it would be a good idea to tell the parents just in case anything is wrong. Good Luck!
