Q: I sought you out to ask a question mainly because you are a man & your answers to other peoples questions seemed reasonable & polite. Here goes..
My best friend, her husband, my husband & I hang out sometimes. He is always joking around & teasing me every chance he gets. I also catch him looking at me every time I happen to look over. He will even say things like, "Hey, me & you should go out & have a beer & leave (his wife) with the kids." Just recently, I ran into them at our local video store. We were walking around & talking & then it was time to check out, so, we said our goodbyes...or so I thought. I was the first one done & as I was leaving he said he was gonna put the kids in the car while she checked out. So, he ended up following me out into the parking lot. There, we ended up talking for another half an hour or so. At one point he looked at his older daughter & said, "Look, she (me) must be in the market for a new boyfriend, she's all gussied up." Anyway, I could go on, but, this is long enough already. I was just wondering, from a mans perspective, does he like me or is he just being friendly? Thankx for the input!

P.S.Just so you know, Yes, I have a little crush on him, but, please son't lecture me. I am not saying I am planning on acting on this in any way. I was just curious.

I think what he's looking for is a good time, but you're probably best to steer clear. No harm in flirting with each other as long as you both know that's all it will ever be. At times people just want to be reassured that they are still good enough to catch someones eye, maybe that's all it is.

Q: i really want to get the area between my bottom lip & chin peirced (like christina aguilera has) does anyone know how much this costs and if its painful?

In Scotland we got this priced last week and it was £35. Probably just as painful as most other areas but it can get infection easily, so take care to clean it correctly.

Q: lol okay not so much a problem as a general wondering of action here... i'm 16, this guy at work - also 16 - has been telling a bunch of his collegues I've been "checking him out" and he reckons I fancy him and he fancies me blah blah blah. I heard all this off a friend/collegue and didn't even know who the guy was :| ... anyhow fast forward a few days.. I know who the guy is now and today when I was around doing some jobs and needed help he was available and was all...showing off whilst helping me... which was funny... but I remained normal as to not give him any signals. Let's just say... im not interested in him, especially since he told his collegues I was checking him out :S
Anyway near the end of my shift his mate comes up to me and hands me over a piece of paper with this guys name and mobile number on... haha which made me laugh... and he managed to work the last half hour of his shift right by me...but not quite near enough for speech.
Anyway what do you reckon I should do now? Umm.. I don't wanna be mean but I'm totally not interested but wouldn't mind being a mate and crap.
Should I talk to him next time I see him in the store (which may be next week) say I lost the paper? or text him tell him im not interested ect... lol how would be the best way to put this?

Q: I shave 'down there' and i do it because it's better for guys and if i dont shave,it'd itch really bad (even before i started shaving) So anyways i have to go to the doctors for a physical and they have to check there..what will the doctor say to me..and will they think it's ok i do?

It's a personal matter. If that's what you want to do and you happy then i don't see why the doctors would judge you in any way. (that's not the job they do)

Q: im 19 yrs old, college sophomore, i met my ex "james" when i was a senior in high school. strangley enough my friend "pat" put my pic up on hot or not and "james" saw it and clicked meet me. come to find out he went to my high school and graduated a few years ahead of me. his brother was also one of my high school friends.

he was in the army when i met him, (this was in december of my high school year) he had been over seas for 2 years. we talked online and on the phone to eachother every chance we got and he came down on leave for his brothes grad party which i was invited to because his brother and i were friends.

we started hanging out and eventually dating. i broke up with him before i left for college because i didnt want to worry about having a bf and his school and mine were 2 hours apart. he told me he loved me but i broke up with him reguardless

he now has a gf "kerry". he started dating her 2 months after we broke up. apparently he used to date her before he left for iraq. they have been dating ever since.

well the reason i am writing is because after him and i broke it off we still continuted to talk and even hang out on occasion. he has been cheating on "kerry" with me for the past month and 1/2. i KNOW he is not the cheating type we went to high school together and i have known him for 3 1/2 years please help

"james" tells me that he is probably going back overseas to fight in october. he told me that i should get over him because he isnt sure when or if he is going to come back. and i deserve a guy who is going to be there for me(he is sched for 2 years over there. i dont know what i should do. i know he still cares deeply for me but i dont know if he is still with "kerry" because he loves her or if its not the right time to break up with her or if he is going to break it off when he goes, if he loves me still i just dont know what to think. i need someone to look at the situation from another stand point and give me some advice, i am at a total loss.

Well, sorry it's taken some time to answer your question.
It would seem that your in a bit of a pickle, but not to worry. This is how the situation looks from the info you've given me.......

1st You always have to ask yourself, how well do you REALLY know someone?? It doesn't matter if you've known each other for 10 days or even 10years. The other thing is that war changes people, and unless you've been in a war situation you will never know the way it changes someone. (my partners brother was in Kosavo and when he came back she said he just has a different look in his eyes.)
The other thing is that he can't be in love with you or with this other girl because he is cheating on both of you. If he loved you then he would do anything for you, and if he loved the other girl then he wouldn't cheat on her with you.
It looks like this guy is in a win,win situation.

My best advice is just let him go. When he gets back from his duties and he has his head on right then, maybe, you'll see the real him again.
Until that time comes, let him go or you'll just get hurt.

Q: i want to get a digital camera. Im 14 and I dont need it for taking pics. of the world or anything like that. Just of my friends, vacations etc. What number of mega pixels should i get? Anyone have a good digital camera they really like? let me know. thanks!

Depends on if you'll be wanting to print your photos or just have them on your PC or the web.

If you want to print them then i suggest about 5 mega-pixel will be good enough.

If it's to keep on the PC or Web then a 2 Mega-pixel will do just fine.

Just keep this in mind, this more Mega-pixels = the larger you can blow up the photos without distorting them.

Sherazza is a good site for downloading movies, also give DC++ a try. Both have a very wide selection,although sometimes the quality of picture or sound isn't that great.

I'm currently working in Motor Insurance Claims in the UK. Not taking into account the Mustang (it's not a car that is avalible over here) i would say that the VW Jetta is the car that i've had the least claims for.

Q: Ever since I was a little kid, for some reason, no one respected me. From 3rd-8th grade people made fun of me non stop. My 3rd and 5th grade teachers hated me, and many of my 7th and 8th grade teachers hated me too. Q: okay. i need to talk to someone and none of my friends can really help. my parents are divorced and i dont see my dad very often. i live with my mother who is an alcoholic and gets pissed off easliy. today my brother and mom got into a huge fight. she is now gone, i mean she just left. i called her and she said that she just needed to be alone. she hasnt returned yet, and i dont know what to do. i am only 14 and my brother 11. she is most likely going to come home incredibly drunk and when she is drunk life just sucks... i dont know what to do anymore because i am just sick of it. this isnt the first time she has just left......

The best way to increase your metabolism is to eat between 5-7 small meals a day. Not snacks, but controlled meals.
This way your body will start to burn fat at a quicker rate and not store as much carbs.

Q: 14/f. I've read on the internet the signs of having depression. I fit many of them. Though I do not ALWAYS feel depressed and hopeless, it comes often. Certain things in my life have caused me pain, and then there's other times where I just feel horribly down, yet I can't point it to any certain cause at all. I don't feel close enough to either of my parents or anybody..come to think of it that I could tell about me having this problem. Yet, I do think that me getting help is a good idea, because I've become very close to doing something drastic more than once. Is there reason to suspect that I really do have a depression problem, or is it just teenage hormones? Is there a way for me to get help?

I think you'll find this is a hormone thing.
Most teenagers will be ontop of the world one day and down in the dumps the next day for no apparent reasons.
I remember that i was the same at your age and i'm sure if you ask most people to look back on the teenage years of the life time they will recall feeling the same as you do now.
It's nothing to worry about.
How you deal with these feeling now will help shape the way you deal with feelings throughout your life. So if you need to talk to someone about how your feeling then do so, don't hold it all in for fear of being mocked. True friends will sit and listen to how you feel and offer advice or support.
It's good to talk.
