You should do a lot of crunches and excercises that involve your stomack go to some fitness sites like womens fitness magazine.com or something like that. Also even though your not fat you should eat healthy food like atleast 3 fruits a day and drink eight glasses of water just another tip that might help your body!

There is always enough time if you are continous with your work outs...you can do crunches, sit ups, and lunges and those should help and if you want more rapid results use weight while doing these!!But most of all eat healthy and drink lots of water!! You'll be ready to show over that bod at the beach in no time!!

mushoku answered Wednesday July 13 2005, 12:34 pm:
Quoted from one of my previous responses, so ignore the parts that don't apply to you:

"Drink water. No soda, only 1 cup of 100% juice per day (and no roll-overs - if you don't have one on one day, you don't get 2 the next), and try to not eat very many carbs (rice, potatoes, carrots, sauces, sugar, grains, et cetera). For bread, keep away from white and only have some that looks at least "tanned" (whole grain, wheat, et cetera). Meat, green vegetables, and water are your friends; other vegetables, fruits, and milk your buddies; grains and juices your acquaintances; and munchies, sodas, and juice drinks your enemies.

A person should drink half their body weight (measured in pounds) in fluid ounces of water per day. Less water than this reduces your metabolism. More than this won't increase it, but, as long as it's not terribly more, won't be unhealthy. What that means is that you take your weight and divide it by 16, and that's how many fluid measured cups of water you should drink per day. I don't know how milk and juice effect this amount, but you shouldn't be drinking more than 2 cups milk or 1 cup juice a day anyway.

When there's the option of walking or biking vs driving, try to do the former rather than the latter. If you do a lot of watching TV, try to get up and be busy during commercials, or pause the movie every 15 minutes or so and walk around.

Do not purge - this will do tragic things to your body's chemistry, not to mention throw your health right out the window. Good looks are not worth sacrificing your health - a healthy woman is far more attractive than one who is annorexic.

Beyond that, about 1-2 hours per day of just walking or jogging or whatever should help. Just make sure that you don't count anything that's less than about 30 minutes - 15 minutes excersize does almost nothing. 30 minutes excersize twice does less than an hour excersize, but only very little. Although, there are those who argue (including myself) that 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening is better for your metabolism than 1 hour at either."

there is a enough time. all you must do, is keep up the running, any junk food you eat, cut down on it. or stuff liek that..like if you were usually to have two slices of pizza..only have one today. exercise regualry. a good way to toen your stoamche is to do crunches every night before you go to bed. if you drink a lot of soda, you mgiht want to cut down on that. diet soda is still bad for you though, although it has less caloris it has a lot of checmicals so its really not any better. good luck =)

HEARTXBREAKER answered Wednesday July 13 2005, 10:33 am:
ooh yes! by august, there will be enough time if you follow this, and DO NOT CHEAT. along with running 2 miles a day, for your stomach, you could do 200 crunches every night. i do 25, then turn to the side and do 25, then turn to the other side and do 25, then go back to the middle and do 25. then repeat. and if you do that everyday, NO CHEATING, you should have a toned stomach by august. good luck!

baby_girl33 answered Wednesday July 13 2005, 9:48 am:
The fastest way is like someone else said...a rowing machine. The only thing is, unless you got a couple thousand dollars lying around you'll have to join a gym to use one. During volleyball and track seasons, I do Boxer crunches. Lay flat on your back adn pull your left elbow up and touch your right knee. Then do the opposite. The biggest rule is: Do NOT put your hands behind your neck! Because you end up pulling your neck instead of using your abdominal muscles to pull you up. So, put your hand s in a fist and rest them on opposite shoulders (right fist on left shoulder and vice-versa)
Hope I helped you!!

Fitzburger answered Wednesday July 13 2005, 8:24 am:
Yes, you could do weight lifting at the gym and tone up those biceps, and have a go on the rowing machine for those abdominal muscles. With any luck after a couple of months you could snap a goth’s spine with your bare hands.

VixenDark answered Wednesday July 13 2005, 8:20 am:
Try doing crunches regularly. They will definitely help.

If you can, check the local gym or YMCA. Sometimes they have classes specifically for toning the stomach.
