I'm a mother of 2 boys who are 13 months apart. Talk about a handful. I'm a wife to the best husband I could have ever dreamed of.I'm one of the very blessed.
I have Bipolar 1 Disorder. I hate taking all these medications and always going to doctors appointments, but life is too short to let mental illness get the better of me.
Often times life is a challenge, and nobody knows that better than me. I wake up wondering if this is going to be a day my illness overpowers my meds, and either sends me flying like a bat out of hell, or leaves me laying on the couch like a wet dish rag.
Thank all that is good in the world that I have an excellent support system at home.

I'm honest, and that can either be a perk or s flaw. Depends on how you choose to look at it.
I like to see it as a perk, because it's better to hear the truth than to be told candy coated bullshit.

My boyfriend fingered me like 3 months ago.. and it bled. But he had fingered me like 30 times before that day that it blead. So I was just wondering. We are planning on having sex pretty soon and I was wondering if it could still bleed even though it bled once when he fingered me...

I would like to forget my ex-wife, but my girlfriend keeps bringing her up;even though she knows it upsets me and I don't want to talk about her - I'd rather just forget about her all together. Example. we passed a add for the add with a girl with big breast,I said dang. then whe said I have a comment but it's gonna get you mad. I said then don't say it. She then told me that I already knew what big boobs felt like since my ex had big boobs. My ex-is short, fat and ugly. new girlfriend is short, thin and beautiful. she turns heads everywere she goes. Why does she keep bringing my ex up in conversations? she said because she doesn't understand why I don't want to talk about her? please advise. we are all about 35's uears in age.

She needs to either A) stop bringing up your ex-wife, or B) move on to a guy who likes to talk about his ex-wife.
I think it could possibly be that she is maybe jealous that you were married to someone else before, but never the less, her behavior is unacceptable.
How can you move on with your life if she keeps wanting to dredge through your past? You can't.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 6 months and he is SOOO down on himself. And no matter what I say to him, his thoughts don't change. I never lie to him about what I think of him!! and i think he thinks i do. and i think he thinks im going to leave him for someone better.. AND IM NOT!!! he's the best ive gotten (i think) but he's so low on himself. I find him hott!! lol and really attractive, and i tell him he's always hott not because i wanna make him feel better but it just comes out of my mouth!! and when we do stuff (sexually) I act like myself I dont PRETEND to want him.. I don't know how to realize how special he is and how good looking he is. One of the reasons he thinks hes ugly and fat is because of his mom.. and i hate her for it because i hate seeing him hurt and thinking untrue things about himself!! and even though he moved out of his moms, he still sees himself in that light.

Well, truth be told, HE is the only one to realize this. You can't make him not look down on himself.
Don't keep reminding him that you don't date him out of pity, that doubtfully helps the situation.
Try just showing him that you think these things, because actions speak louder than words. Plus, sometimes words just remind him of how he feels in the first place.

i havent applied to them yet. they are rolling decision and i hear things like how they get mad that people dont apply early since they think of them as a safety school.
rutgers.. they dont require recs but i used the common app to get 3 recs anyway. i hope they see taht im serious? im not finished with the essay portion of my app is all. i havent sent it yet! eek
The only way they know you are serious is when you finish your application and send it in.
Other than that, the best thing you can do is call and talk to someone there who can answer your questions.

I saw a pattern for a costume that I really like in a fabric shop the other day. I want this costume for Halloween, but I can' sew, and I don't know anybody who can. How do I get this costume done?
You want to take the pattern to a seamstress. It will cost, but then again, it is a lot of work.
Just look under "seamstress" in your local yellow pages.

My mom dosent really like it when i have parties but i REALLY want to have 1!! What are some thing i can tell her to convince her to let me have 1??(besides ill clean up and set up?)

Well, you don't want to start planning for it and get your hopes all up. Wait until you know your mom will allow it, or your bubble will be burst if she says no.
Invite only a few people (not your whole school, your friends only). Since you are only 14, she would surely rather there be no boys. Of course, no drinking, drugs, or anything else you shouldn't be doing at your age. And, why, of course she is more than welcome to sit in, if she prefers, so she knows things don't get out of hand.
But nothing you say, no begging or crying, will guarantee she will say yes. If she says no, chances are greatly in favor that she will not change her mind.

Well, for the past 3 years I've pretty much have been drifting in this town,and freshman year,I'm realizing, it has nothing to offer to me. I live with my mom, but my dad lives in another state. I'm thinking of moving in with him, just to get away from it all. Theres pro's and con's, such as i wont be seeing my best friend, but i will be able to start over. has anyone experienced this or been through this before? Should i really give everything up? I need some,i don't know, insight? I know you can't make the decision for me, but I'm just looking for one last piece of advice, you know? 14/f
Well, a fresh start is always nice.
Then again, you also have that to look forward to when you get out of high school. If you look forward to that fresh start, then you don't have to leave you best friend behind.
Either way, you do what you feel is best for you.

mmy best friend (let's call her Jammie) well Jamie Tells me that my best guy friend (let's call him will) has been totally and madly in love with me since sixth grade. im in highschool and our school had a vote on council members for each grade.well i was voted representative for my grade! the thing is i dont know what the hay im suppose to do!lol! soooo...does anybody care to fill me in if you know????thanx!!!
Well, considering this could vary from school to school, to understand your position at your particular school, you could ask the principal or guidance councilor.
What I mean is, the job may be different from a large school in comparison to a small school.

I don't quite understand what you are asking, but have stuff like dry ice in water so it makes a fog on the floor.
Black lights and strobe lights in a dark room make for cool effects, especially with above mentioned fog.
Maybe some sort of punch that is glows in the black light. I'm not sure how you would make it, but researching it on the internet should give you some good ideas.
Maybe music from horror flicks playing in the background? The theme to Halloween, Psycho, etc.

I am starting to get close to my limit on my credit card and it doesnt seem I will ever be able to pay it off without making money somewhere else. Does anyone know of a way I can work part time online or do surveys to make money? Anything that will get me about $200 extra a month. I hope someone out there can help me. Thanks for your time.
I don't know if this catches your interest, but a lot of doctor's offices pay people to type dictation at home.
After they see a patient, they say what they need written into their recorder, and send the tapes to someone to dictate for placement in the patient's chart.
You would have to call around to find that job, but I'm sure it will make you that much a month, if not more.

do stores have to ask for permission from the artist to play their song in their store?
what about like, abercrombie? cos i know they also stream their music on their website too.
They may also purchase disks with certain songs on them to play in the store. That being the case, they have paid the artist, so I would assume that they wouldn't need permission.
As for putting it on their website, they surely have to get permission for that. But I'm not really certain.
Next time you are in the store, ask the manager. They can probably tell you.

my english 101 class was assigned to write an explanatory paper on something we believe in. simple enough, right?
wrong. i know the general idea that i want my paper to follow: that people should live everyday like its his/her last, life moves too fast to live with regrets, just LIVE life without worrying so much.
the problem is, i can't think of a specific thesis statement to sum all this up. if someone could help me come up with this, i'd appreciate it. or, if anyone has any suggestions as to whether i should make one of the statements above the thesis, then use some of the others as examples? anything & everything is appreciated!

I wouldn't buy a dog like that just anywhere. I would go through the American Kennel Club.
They are not cheap. If you buy one at that price, you may get one that has been mistreated, therefore giving it a higher chance of being mean.
Personally, I think ANY dog can turn mean and nasty if mistreated. Pits and Rottweilers are a couple of breeds more prone to getting downright nasty.
I think ANY breed of dog can be a great dog if raised in the right environment.
It is just with Pits you have to ensure that it never has the opportunity to get rude to an innocent person by making sure it can't get loose in the neighborhood.
I have a friend with two Pits, and two kids. His are the sweetest dogs. Nothing like you see in the news and horror stories. But that doesn't mean they won't get mean, either. You just have to be extra careful with that breed of dog. I mean EXTRA careful.
The other columnist is very right, that you need to be sure you research the breed and learn ALL about them. Before you even think about getting one.
