i havent applied to them yet. they are rolling decision and i hear things like how they get mad that people dont apply early since they think of them as a safety school.

rutgers.. they dont require recs but i used the common app to get 3 recs anyway. i hope they see taht im serious? im not finished with the essay portion of my app is all. i havent sent it yet! eek

The only way they know you are serious is when you finish your application and send it in.

Other than that, the best thing you can do is call and talk to someone there who can answer your questions.
