I realy realy need some help. My friend has been cutting herself, and i don't know what to do to help stop her. She did stop, when she was dating this guy, she said "he made me feel beautful". I realy realy want to help her, but i don't kno how. I tried to get stop, but she won't listen to me. Also she's not afriad of cutting herself, because one of her friends, friend died from cutting herself, and my friend kno's this. I realy realy want to help her stop. But i don't kno how.

okay, you probably don't want to hear this, but if you care about her you have to tell someone. you really do. if you talked to her multiple times about it & told her if she doesn't stop you'll tell someone & she still doesn't stop, you have to. you have to get help for her, because she isn't going to help herself. yes, you might lose her friendship, but would you rather lose her friendship er lose her as a person?? you need to tell an adult. either your parents, her parents, a school counsler, teacher, family, friends, etc. you're only helping her out by doing this & it really seems like if you do help, you could be saving her life, because cutting is dangerous. she'll definately understand.

i don't have that type of hair, but i know a hair dresser that deals with it a lot. there's nothing you can do but take vitamins. i'm not sure if you want to do that, because i don't know the risks er whatever. a lot of people put extentions in until their hair grows out. here's a website-

I'm 16/male. I was just thinking about[and no not willing to try this] two ways that I heard to minimize the effect of drinking, mostly hangovers.
1. Drink a cup of olive oil before you drink
2. Take Tylenol before you drink
I think the second one causes problems if you do that too often with your liver. Can anyone verify any of these two? Is it true or not. And again I have never drinked and plan not to, but I was curious when I heard these statements. Thanks.
i think that's what of those weird questions like "if you put a penny in before your breathalizer test, you won't be caught". it probably varies with each person. i don't really think tylenol will help that, because it barely relieves cramps, so i doubt it'll stop a hangover. i'm not sure if the olive oil is totally safe. i guess people can try it.

Okay. So, over this school year i've gained some weight. I'm still thin, i know that. Not to sound conceded but I want to lose some of the chub around my stomach before summer and i have to go into the pools with my bathing suit.
There's this kid I like and we've already made plans to swim in his pool and hang out at the skate parks over the summer. And when i wear tigher clothes i feel big because i'm tall and have cute petite friends. What do i do to lose the fat and gain the muscle? I tried eating right but junk food is a part of me.
well, obviously you have to do both, eating & exercise wise. as long as your mind is set to it, then you'll lose what you wanna lose. cut out some junk food. you don't have to diet but you can't eat complete junk, lose weight, & then gain muscle, ya know?? soo, you should probably weightlift. maybe 3 times a week er so. you can probably do it at school, at a local gym, er maybe even at your house?? if you can't do any of that stuff, do around 50 crunches a day & run/jog either outside er on the tredmill. i heard this new 'diet plan' where you watch what you eat for 15 days during the month & then for the rest of the 15 days you eat whatever you want with some restrictions obviously. juss keep your mind set & you should lose weight.

okay well tomorrow i want to wear this long jean skirt. its not super long but it goes a little bit past my knees. and its like body fitted.. i dont know if thats the right way to say it.. like its thight not flary. but anyways i dont know what shirt to wear with it? like i know a polo would look stupid & i dont know bout a real fancy top? what would look good with that? thanks in advice
you could probably wear a polo depending on what type it was. if the polo is tight, like its not big on you, it'd be fine. do you have any low cut shirts?? kind've fancy?? it doesn't have to be real fancy, juss not a tshirt. i know a lot of girls that wear polos w/ skirts though. soo yeah either a polo er a nicer low cut top, something like that.

it probably won't hurt you & it'll give you practice for when you need it. you definately don't have to practice though, juss follow instructions. i mean, you could practice w/out it hurting you, but i would suggest waiting until you get it. either way, no harm. you could get irritated at first, depending what type you use. some girls even use pads to start & then switch to tampons. whatever you feel like doing.

I first noticed this boy at school a few months ago. He's in 2 of my classes and he is new this year. Nobody ever picks me for gym, because I'm not really athletic. This guy, when he was team captain, picked me first for his team. After that I began to look at him in English class. He stares at me a lot. Over the months I began to fall for him. My friends were bored so they asked him if he thought I was cute over AIM. He didn't reply. I didn't know if that was good or bad. Well a few weeks ago his Myspace headline said "I wish I could tell you" I'm not saying it's definitely about me, I'm just saying it could be. Friday I finally got the courage to IM him. He didn't say much but I knows he talks a lot to his other friends. He left this comment on his friend's Myspace that said he thinks girls should come to guys. I don't know what to do now.. he makes me really friggin nervous.
hmm..he could like you. it kind've seems like he does, but all guys are different so you never know. start talking to him. yes, you'll probably be nervous, but you don't wanna miss out on a guy you like, ya know?? after you guys build a friendship, then you should ask him how he feels about you.

i have a way that probably doesn't seem like much, but it hurts when you get going & it makes your calves become stronger & stuff.
-stand with your legs together, feet together
-lift & stand up on your tippy toes with your feet/legs still together
-come back down

you don't really need to stand on something to do it. you could if you want, but i did it standing on the ground & i felt it.
do that a bunch of times, maybe 30-50 times a day. it'll start hurting after like the 10th time you do it. it'll probably definately show results.

I noticed you had a question about Search The Phil.
Being the owner and programmer of the site, I can give some advice of my own on how to keep it from getting blocked.
1) Like you said, don't go telling everyone about it too fast
2) Use more than just the proxies! If our school sees everyone using the proxies they will assume its bad and block it. However, we do have websearch and other things so use them instead of Google once in a while.
3) When you use the proxies don't go on bad sites.
People tell me they use it to go on pornography in school; that makes me wonder how smart they really are...
So yeah, thats about it. Other than that if everyone clicks on our ads at least once a day I would greatly appreciate it!

first, go to this website-

that site has codes, font codes, font colors, etc etc. it's helpful. now applesauce is kind've confusing & i know of a manual way you can get new colors.
Step 1: find the color code you want by going to www.coloryourprofyle.com er go to google & type in 'color codes'. you can either pick out a text color er find a text color & a background color, whatever you want.
Step 2: once you got the codes, it should be something like CCBBFF er something(that's juss an example) then then go to MY AIM, SAVE BLIST, & a box should come up with a bunch of check marks. here's the tricky part, ONLY CHECK THE BOX THAT SAYS- TEXT COMP. & VIEW SETTINGS. THE OTHERS SHOULD BE UNCHECKED & name it something like 'text color' er 'bg color' whatever you want.
Step 3: then after that go to notepad. if you don't have notepad it'll probably be difficult, but you can try word. i suggest notepad though. most computers have it under START, ALL PROGRAMS, ACCESSORIES, then notepad.
open up a blank notepad & then go to MY AIM, LOAD BLIST & pick whatever you named it. drag that onto notepad & fill in the code where it says bg & text & then 'save as' whatever you want.
Step 4: after that, go to PREF & then FONT & it should be there.
Step 5: click 'okay' & you should be set
Step 6: all you have to do after that is use that in your profile by www.coloryourprofyle.com. the best way is to do it in a regular blank AIM box & then copying & pasting that in your profile.
if you don't understand, because it can be sort've confusing, you can leave another inbox message with your SN & i'll IM you to give it to you step by step.

ok, so i get a background and i know the URL, but how do i make this my background? sorry im having trouble! i know lots of code for myspace but this doesn't seem to work the same.
take the URL(make sure its URL because i know they give you 3 links) & put it in your settings on your advicenator where it says 'background URL'.

ok well im trying to shape up my claves and what i do is well like you know if you have a shower where u stand and stuff well like the little part before you get in is about like 3,4 inches high well i stand on that with the balls of my feet and like go up and yeah if i do 100 of those aday is that good or should i do something else to shape up my calves before summer if so what? and what else can i do to lose weight on my thighs stomach and upper arms. please help ill rate.
you can do that juss standing on the floor & it'll give you the same results. like juss lift yourself on your tippy toes & go back down. it hurts after awhile but it'll help you shape them.

ok well my msn 7.5 wont turn on only 5.0 works... i used to have 7.0 but when 7.5 came out i downloaded that one and it deleted my 7.0... so now i dont have 7.0 or 7.5.. and its really frustrating because now i cant have a display picture or anything.... when i try and sign in on the 7.5 it says that the service is temorarily un availible or something about trouble shoot...its been like that for a month or so now... ive uninstalled it and reinstalled it a bunch of times and when i try and download 7.0 again you cant because it isnt the latest version

& delete MSN
that's only if you definately want to delete it. try downloading 7.0/7.5 first before you delete your other one & if that doesn't work than you either leave it er delete it. here's a website-

i just tried out for tennis and i did amazing at the tryout. ive been playing since forever, so it was a given that id do well. i played the best ive ever played, it was aweseome. but then i went to look at the list of people who made it, i wasnt on it, but the girl who constantly hit the ball into the net did, the girl who doesnt follow through did, the girl who i beat every time i played her did. and i feel like crap. i cant stop crying, i feel like everything that i have worked for has just fallen apart. why would this happen, is it common that the better players don't make the team> and does anyone have anything to help lift my spirits i am usually pretty happy, but i really cant think of anything that could cheer me up right now..
hmm..this may be totally wrong, but sometimes coaches pick players they know er coached before, rather than players they don't. i'm not saying that's definately the case, but it could be an option. don't feel bad about yourself. tennis isn't the only sport out there & plus juss because you aren't on the team doesn't mean you can't still enjoy it. you can go to camps & work at it & come back next year & make it, ya know?? camps probably aren't that expensive & they probably have some neat ones during the summer. practice makes perfect.
