Okay. So, over this school year i've gained some weight. I'm still thin, i know that. Not to sound conceded but I want to lose some of the chub around my stomach before summer and i have to go into the pools with my bathing suit.
There's this kid I like and we've already made plans to swim in his pool and hang out at the skate parks over the summer. And when i wear tigher clothes i feel big because i'm tall and have cute petite friends. What do i do to lose the fat and gain the muscle? I tried eating right but junk food is a part of me.

That is what me and my friend do to get skinny. We just jog/run for about 1.5-2 miles every day...it really helps....and it only takes about a half hour at the most (if you walk some of the time) I also do 100 crunches... 50 normal, then 25 to each side. That helps a lot too. I think that those are the two best tips I can give you. *hope I helped!*
