My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.

ok. this feels really weird for me to ask, but I kinda need to know...

Ive seen on the the computer that girls shave "down there." are you supposed to? im 13/f, and if i should, when should i start? thnks so much. its highly appreciated.

It's not that you're supposed to shave down there, but you should. Girls should shave.. it's kind of gross if they don't. You can start when ever you want to. It's up to you if you want to do it or not.

Thanks hun. =] Anyways, you should of told me what kind of make up you use right now and why it makes you look un natrual? Is it just the make up or the way you apply it? So, start off with a clean face. I'm not sure if you need a foundation or if you do wear it but if you do then go with a color that matches your skin tone. Make sure you also put foundation on your eye lids.. people think that you never have to do that. After you're done with foundation, take a bit of powder and just put it on so it can hold the foundation together. Add a little blush, color of your choice & there. The eyes are the most important part and the funnest. =] Since you have dark brown eyes and dark brown hair, use lighter colors on your eyes. Brown eye liner and mascara but if you don't have brown eye liner, just use black but just put a little. Take a darker color shadow and put it by your lower lids so it looks more natrual. Add a little gold or shimmery eye shadow & there. It's natrual & perfect for summer. Make sure you wear sun screen when you go outside in the sun. You can get sun damage and it's just bad.

What is a very good kind of condom brand. My hairs about shoulder length, and layered. The lady wasn't supposed to give me layers, but she did, and I hate it. My hair is also too short, and I don't know what to do with it. I'm sick of pony tails or half ponytails, but the layers look bad when they're just straight ++ down, plus its too short to scrunch it. What should I do with it?

When I got my hair cut it was like that too. My hair was super short and I had tons of layers. Mine looked fine when I straightened it but you should just add volume to your hair and it will look better. Piggy tails are really cute and your hair will fall out since you have layers and that's fine. =] Curl it. Little curls, loose curls or big curls. Just play around with your hair until you find something you like.

theres a whole long backround story im not getting into details with but basicly...

me and this kid, lets call him Chris, had a HUGE history and we went out and a lot of stuff. Well this other girl, lets call her Kim (shes a grade older), and him had a tiny history but she really liked him. Ok so me and Chris were finally doing good as friends but we were flirting all day and texting eachother and everything. So then that night we were on a boat and he was allllll over me. I figured he was using me because he did this before but hes a sweet talker and im a sucker so i went with the flow.

Then we started really getting like into eachother. But then he was standing next to me outside of the boat and just started making out with me but i thought it was just a kiss on the lips but it wasnt. I pulled away because 1. teachers were around and 2. i didnt want to do this right now.

So then Kim starts freaking out and gets all of her friends, who used to be my friends to hate me. They all started IMing me saying OMG YOUR A B*TCH HOW COULD YOU GET IN THE MIDDLE OF CHRIS AND KIM YOU SL*T I CANT BELIEVE YOU DID THAT!

and now basicly i have no friends. so i dont know what to do everyone hates me and i didnt do anything.

Drama, drama, drama.. wow. Your friends aren't your real friends what so ever. You need to talk to Chris and tell him to stop lieng to everyone and he needs to stop acting like a fag! You didn't do anything and there wasn't anything really going on with him and Kim besides that she likes him. Tell her to stop being a little brat and just to grow up. If they don't want to belive you, oh well. You deserve better friends and you shouldn't be sorry and don't even be nice to them because they don't deserve it. The only makeup i wear is charcoal eyeliner under my eyes. I don't draw it on dark or anything, just a light lining. I want to spice my makeup up a little without looking unnatural. What colors and kinds of makeup should I wear? I'm 13 so i don't want to all out or anything and i don't need to wear mascara because my eyelashes are super long, thick, and dark. I have blue eyes, beige colored skin, and medium brown hair.

For blue eyes, you need to use a different color to make them stand out but still look natrual. Use a brown eye shadow. It doesn't have to be dark and heavy, but just a warm natrual look. Pale greens look very good with blue eyes. Add a little blush & you'll look very pretty.

first off i'm a 14 year old female. i have blue eyes, and dirty blonde/light brown hair and very fair skin (whenever i buy a foundation i almost always have to buy the second lightest one). okay for like two years now i've been doing the same makeup routine. i start off by putting a cream foundation on over any blemishes to hide them. then i put a powder foundation over my whole skin. then i apply black eyeliner to the inside of my eyes and sometimes i put on eyeshadow. then i wear black mascara and lipgloss. i'm getting tired with this makeup and i think i want something more natural looking. any ideas on what to do?

Lets start with the foundation. Since you have oily skin and you want to cover up your blemishes, you need to get an oil free foundation. Foundations with oil actually make the blemishes worse and can cause it to get worse. When buying foundation, you need to find a color that fits your skin tone. You don't need a shade darker or ligther, just your color. Actaully, you don't even need foundation. A good concealour (sp) and powder are good enought but if you're going to keep using foundation, get oil free. After applying your foundation, get some powder that's your color and just softly apply it everywhere on your face. It will hold the foundation together. Next take some bronder and just put a bit on your cheeks, chin, nose and forhead. Use a little blush. It doesn't have to be pink. =] For eyes, you should go light. Since you have blue eyes, it's best to use different colors so you can make them pop. Like brown, greens and purple. Your eyeliner is fine so just apply a little less. Mix eye shadow colors on your eyes and put mascara and then you're done. =]

I dyed my hair black.. I dont like it. Is there anyway to get rid of it in a few days?
Does shampooing do anything?

Shampooing does wash out the dye. When I dyed my hair, it turned black and I hated it! I kept washing my hair with a shampoo for colored hair and in a couple of weeks it was lighter. It won't wash out in a few days, but a few weeks.

Hi, i don't know what fake means, i know, i'm pathetic and slow, but i'm just confused, everyone thinks im fake =[ for just acting crazy, and not myself.

Fake is a slang word for someone who has multiple personalities. Hm.. like if you act nice to someone and you act like you like them but then you talk to another person and you talk all smack on them calling them names. Fake is when you talk about people behind their backs and then denying it. So.. it's just not being a good friend.

My best friend's boyfriend really gets on my nerves. He calls me names and he is really immature. Last time when my best friend and I hung out all she did was talked to him on the phone but she later on apologized for it. When we are on the phone together all she does is talk about him. Its really annoying me to the point where I can't take it. What do I do to handle this problem? I know I must talk to her but what should I say?

She's your best friend and she really seems to like this guy. Don't ruin this for her. I know he really gets on your nerves and all, but she likes talking about him to you because you'll listen and you're her best friend. Just talk to her about him and maybe she could talk to him about it. He needs to stop being immature and mean to you. If he doesn't stop, just ignore him. It might be hard but he knows what bothers you and he will keep doing it.

First of all, you're not a dork and you have to stop thinking of yourself that way. So yeah, he's popular.. it doesn't mean he wouldn't ever like anyone like you. You seem like you think you're not good enough for him but you are. You need to start being yourself around him because that's what will make him like you more. Just have fun. If he asks you to go anywhere with his friends, just go. Yeah you might feel akward but be yourself.. it's important. =]

He seems to really like this girl and you can't really do anything about that. I know it might hurt your feelings right now but I don't think anyone can really understand why he likes her since she's not a very good person. It's his decision and no matter what she did to him in the past, he still wants to make it work with her. If he falls for her again, just move on. You can still wait for him but it's not worth it because he wants her. It seems like he only wants to be friends with you so just accept that. Be friends, flirt.. do whatever but I just think if you keep waiting for him you are going to keep getting your feelings hurt because he likes that other girl a lot.

He is your friend no matter what and whenever you're having a conversation tell him how you feel about him. I know it might be uncomftrable for you but just come out and say it. If he doesn't like you back then fine, but just let him know that you're there for him no matter what and that he can always count on you.

Look, you're taking this way too seriously and if you're even thinking about suicide, you're lame. I don't mean that to be rude or to hurt your feelings, but you can not be serious. Who ever told everyone what you did is really stupid. Those people who are being rude to you are even worse. It's none of thier buisness and they shoulnd't be getting mad at you for no reason. Those people were never your REAL friends. Yeah they can act nice and such, but you can never trust anyone but yourself and your family. This might be bothering you but as hard as it is, just ignore them. Who cares about what they say? You know that you're not a hoe, slut and fake. You'll find better friends and you just need to be yourself. You don't need to be doing stupid things for anyone for any reason. Just ignore them and this will go away.

You can. You might not get a tan fast but you will still get some color.

If you want to have fun, just go to the dance. You're being so selfish and mean to this guy. Just tell him that you would rather go with your friends and that you don't want to go with him because he's a fat nerd and you don't want to ruin your reputation. will swimming around a 14ft. pool 25 times with just my arms, help get rid of the fat under my arm?

In a week, no. Swimming is one of the best exercises that you can get and it works every muscle in your body. It will work the muscles in your arms, but swimming alone won't tone it down. You have to change your diet a little. Just kick out the junk food and replace it with organic healthy foods and exercise. You will see results in a couple weeks. Try lifting weights & doing other arm exercises.
