i like him. he likes her. everyone says he shouldn't
Question Posted Wednesday May 31 2006, 11:27 am
im a thirteen year old girl and i like this boy and we've become really good friends lately, but the thing is, he dated this girl i used to be friends with, but they broke up. he still likes her though! and he knows he shouldn't because she told everyone lies about what they did, and she wants to do things with his best friend that she shouldn't even want to do. and she also lied about her age to him to make her sound older. i really like him..and he knows that. the girl he likes is in europe right now, and he says once she gets back he's going to talk to her about all the things she did..but i'm afraid he'll just fall for her again. and she said she doesn't even know if she likes him..and she's not a very good person anyways..so idk why he likes her..
my question is, should i still wait for him..or do you think its useless ?

I know it might hurt your feelings right now but I don't think anyone can really understand why he likes her since she's not a very good person. It's his decision and no matter what she did to him in the past, he still wants to make it work with her. If he falls for her again, just move on. You can still wait for him but it's not worth it because he wants her. It seems like he only wants to be friends with you so just accept that. Be friends, flirt.. do whatever but I just think if you keep waiting for him you are going to keep getting your feelings hurt because he likes that other girl a lot.
