Nothing works in a week- that's really just common sense but you have to lift weights over a long period of time to develop the muscles of your arms and you need to diet too. Sorry. [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]
Teza answered Friday June 2 2006, 1:17 pm: In a week, no. Swimming is one of the best exercises that you can get and it works every muscle in your body. It will work the muscles in your arms, but swimming alone won't tone it down. You have to change your diet a little. Just kick out the junk food and replace it with organic healthy foods and exercise. You will see results in a couple weeks. Try lifting weights & doing other arm exercises. jcsgrlthe1st answered Friday June 2 2006, 12:12 pm: Well you cant just spot reduce and get rid of something in just one area, so if you do cardio (something to get your heart rate up) and then maybe try push ups (the girly way or standard way) you can tone up your arms =) but you need to be consistent.
hope i helped
