I've been getting my hair cut from one stylist over the past few years. He's a very good haircutter - I've been pleased with most of his cuts.
Well, this time I told him what I wanted but he misunderstood me and he gave me an atrocious pixie cut. It looks pretty damned awful.
I can't look at myself in the mirror without crying. I have never looked this ugly in my whole life. I've been wearing a wig so people don't see what I look like.

I told him exactly what I wanted. I even showed him one of the pictures (the 7th one). I told him that I wanted a stacked, graduated bob that really poofs out.
He saw one of the pictures and he said, "Oh, I see! You want it super short!" Well, yes, the haircut I wanted was about jaw-length, but I DID NOT WANT A PIXIE CUT!!!!
I asked him whether the cut he was planning to give would puff out on the sides, and he said yes, so I assumed that we were on the same page. While he was cutting away, I was starting to see the direction that my hair was going, and I asked him again whether my hair would poof out in the end and he said, "Don't worry, this is just the underlayer. It'll poof out in the end"
Yes, the cut he gave me was stacked and layered but I DID NOT WANT A PIXIE CUT!!!!
He sensed that I was unhappy and he later gave me a phone call. He said that in a few months, he can re-do my hair free of charge.
So, what I need to know is:
1. How long will it take
You have wicked thin hair so I think the only way you could get it to poof out would be using volumizing product. Sorry, but it's true. I have the same problem with my hair. If you want, what you could try would be to buy some volumizing gel or hairspray to style it like that every morning.
Anyways, it will probably take around 3 months to grow your hair out all the way. Once the shorter layers start growing past your ears, I would cut the longer layers so that they are the same length. Then you can have a haircut all one length until you get it cut again.
And I'm sure that people wouldn't make fun of you severely over a haircut. If they do, then they really need to consider growing up. It's just hair and it'll grow back sweetie. Honestly, if you walk around with your head down full of shame, they'll probably think your stranger then if you walk around head held high and confident with a weird haircut.
Be confident, and don't worry: It'll grow back before you know it. =]

I am SO nervous for Cedar Point! My school is taking us. So, my bf is HELL BENT on making me go on these huge ass roller coasters (which i HATE). He also thinks I'm just going to ride with him... I want to tell him that 'There's no way in hell I'm ditching my girlfriends to just ride with you. Sure I'll ride with you sumtimes but my other friends want me to ride with them too' but I dont wanna sound like mean or like a bitch, you know?
THEN, there's the matter of the bus. My bf, Tim, my friend, Terra, and my other friend, Jane, all want me to sit with him/her on the bus. AND they not only want me to sit with them they think I already know who im goin to sit with themself. I told eachone, 'um yea sure ill sit with u, just let me see how this whole thing works out,' I didnt wanna hurt any1's feelings. Now here's the thing, I really don't care who I sit with on the damn bus, its only for an hour or 2. Jane is a little bitch so I dont want to really sit with her; plus she already told Kait that if I were to sit with her then she would ignore me anyway she just wants to have a friend with her so she doesn't look like a 'loner'; I could just get her to sit with our other guy friend, Gordo. Then there's Terra who has NO ONE to sit with, she's REALLY insecure and doesn't trust people; BUT i know if I sit with her she's going to talk about really depressing things and its gonna be a downer. THEN there's Tim, he's alright just has none to sit with on the bus.
Who do you think I should sit with and how I should tell Tim without being a bitch?
I would first off let Tim know that you are not all that comfortable with huge rollercoasters and therefore don't really plan on riding them all day long. Just remember to phrase it nicely, and you won't come off bossy or anything. Spend some time with him in the park, but not the whole day because yes, you should spend time with your friends.
Well first of all, I wouldn't sit with Jane because she sounds like she just uses people.
Why don't you sit with Terra on the way up and possibly Tim on the way back? That way, no feelings get hurt. If you sit with Terra first, you'll spend time with her before going off with Tim for a few hours. And to me, it seems like all Terra really needs is a friend. I'd sit with Tim on the way back to make up for not spending the WHOLE day with him if he was previously expecting that. That way, he'll get to finish off a great trip with you.
Honestly though, it doesn't really matter who sits with who on the bus. I'd just make sure you don't hurt feelings, but you don't need to make everybody 100% happy. And if you don't want to sit with a certain person, then don't. Simple as that. I doubt that your friendship will depend on this bus ride. And if it does, then who needs friends like that?

How can I lose five to seven pounds in two weeks to a month? Will slimfast and a lot of exercise help a lot? Thankss!
I hear that Slimfast doesn't really work all that great. The best way is to eat healthy and do plenty of exercise.
Your age, how much you normally exercise, and weight all factor in to how many pounds you can lose in a given time frame. On average though, I would say losing five pounds in about a month is reasonable.
Just remember: when you exercise, don't overdo it. The best thing to do is get into a routine and stick to it; you can gradually increase your exercise level as you go, but do not just run 10 miles on your first day ;]

I don't really remember whether what your talking about is a job reward or an aspiration reward so here you go:
The Triangle Icon you are talking about I believe is what career path the reward goes with. I'm guessing it might be the Medicine Career Path. You have to reach a certain promotion in the Medicine Career to be able to obtain the reward. Once you have done this, just click it and place it wherever just like if you were in Buy Mode.
If its an aspiration reward, you need to earn a specific amount of aspiration points...so keep fulfilling your Sim's wants. Once you have the points, you just click and place wherever again.

No, I don't think they play piano. Just because stars in music videos play piano for certain songs does not necessarily mean they can actually play. The instruments are sometimes used as more of a prop than an actual instrument.
one of my close friends (lets call her friend A) has been hanging around with this other friend (lets call her friend B) whos...i feel bad saying this about her cause i'm friends with her too but...easy. shes never like had sex (i dont think) but she always gets drunk and makes out or gives handjobs to any guy thats there at the moment. and it pisses me of that so many guys call her the "perfect party whore" and i don't like them saying that because she's my friend although its true. now friend A has gotten closer to her and now friend A is starting to go out with friend B most weekends and they invite guys over and get drunk and who knows what they're doing. basically friend A is turning friend B into a slut. i feel so bad saying this but its the truth. my friends are all turning this way and i don't know what to do because i don't want guys taking advantage of them and stuff. what do i do?
Everybody changes, maybe not this drastically but maybe your friend is just trying to find herself. I don't think she's a bad person at all, she's just making bad choices. I think it's great that you are concerned about her.
What I would do is just try hanging out with her more. Invite her out on the weekends and just concentrate on being her friend. I wouldn't bring up the topic of friend B at all or confront her about her partying because this could make her feel cornered and personally attacked. And nobody wants that, right?
I wouldn't hang out with her every single weekend because you don't want to isolate her completely from friend B: that would make you seem overbearing and controlling. What I mean is try making more plans to protect her a little from friend B.

in the past couple weeks ive been noticing that when I comb through my hair (with a brush or with my fingers) A lot of my hair falls out, ive never done anything to drastic to it and im worried about it, since its already like really thin (before the hair fell out, my hairs naturally thin) I HAVE been having a lot of stress lately, could this be part of it?? Part of it is stress, yes. And another part of it is puberty. Sometimes during puberty, your hair can fall out. My hair was falling out a little bit a few years ago due to both puberty and stress...
But, yeah stress is probably the main reason for it. All you have to do is just find time in your busy schedule to relax. You know, like 'Me Time'. Are there any yoga classes offered in your town or city? As cheesy as it may sound, yoga is actually extremely relaxing. I highly recommend it to relieve your stress.

You know Neosporin or Polysporin that you use with bandaids on cuts? Well, if you apply some of that to your face every night, you will start to see your face somewhat clearing up =]
Also, what I suggest is putting some Eucerin Original Non-scented creme on the dry flaky parts of your skin for a few nights also. It really helps moisturize! Just make sure you don't mix the two products...like, don't put Neosporin and then Eucerin right on top of it. That wouldn't be good lol.
This is just to tide you over until the dermatologist! Hope it works (most likely will)!
Hey, for almost two years i have felt this feeling of lost and helplessness. But, in the last year I lost my best friend and my on and off again boyfriend.(they did not die, but the relationships has been completely damaged) I know I am only 16, but I loved them both so much. So many things have happened in the last year, that I don't think we can ever be friends again. I am just so lost and I cannot talk to my family or my other friends. It hurts to see my ex with other people, but yet the whole time we were together i pushed him away. I became involved with alcohol and i even tried drugs. (that is how i lost my best friend, she couldn't forgive me) Please help me, i do not know what to do.
Honey, this may sound stupid to you, but I really suggest talking to a guidance counselor or something like that. Like, if you feel like you can't talk to your family or other friends, talking to a counselor will really help I promise. Is there a guidance counselor at your school? School counselors are free and not obligated to tell your family you have meetings with them until the third meeting I believe.
