i'm a fourteen year old girl and i need a job. my parents are making me and its not that i dont want one but no one wants to hire me. i went into a lot of food places and they all said i had to be older. so does anyone have any suggestions as to where i could apply? thank you<3

you could volunteer at a library or something if your good with kids. they like teen volunteers to read stories and stuff. it gives you something, but since its volunteering and your only 14 they wont pay you. but when you get older, it could put you in line to get a job there.

or maybe you could just wait until you get older.

i know a few chick-fil-a's that hire 14 year olds sometimes..

it just depends on what you like to do. if you like animals you could volunteer to help out with some animal shelters or something. but i dont know too many places that hire at 14.

but yeah. i hope you find something you like soon! :)

There are some places like golf courses and grocery stores where the age is 14 and older I believe. But it all depends where you live. Just keep asking around...
