How can I lose five to seven pounds in two weeks to a month? Will slimfast and a lot of exercise help a lot? Thankss!

Exercise and eating right is all you need. Make your portions smaller, too.
Remember, Everyone loses weight at a different pace, so if you don't reach your goal of 5-7 pounds in a month, don't let it put you off.
Just stick to it and do it right. Don't over exert yourself.

You can do this with the exercise and without the slim fast. Be sure to eat lots of leafy greens, nuts, proteins, and whole grains in your diet and you'll be fine =]

eat whole grain foods lots of veggies drink lots of water. eat 6 small portions throughout the day instead of 3 larger ones. do a lot of cardio. aaaand i think thats all i can think of.. good luck!

I hear that Slimfast doesn't really work all that great. The best way is to eat healthy and do plenty of exercise.
Your age, how much you normally exercise, and weight all factor in to how many pounds you can lose in a given time frame. On average though, I would say losing five pounds in about a month is reasonable.
Just remember: when you exercise, don't overdo it. The best thing to do is get into a routine and stick to it; you can gradually increase your exercise level as you go, but do not just run 10 miles on your first day ;]
