in the past couple weeks ive been noticing that when I comb through my hair (with a brush or with my fingers) A lot of my hair falls out, ive never done anything to drastic to it and im worried about it, since its already like really thin (before the hair fell out, my hairs naturally thin) I HAVE been having a lot of stress lately, could this be part of it?? How do I fix this please?!
xlovexx463 answered Thursday May 15 2008, 8:30 pm: Part of it is stress, yes. And another part of it is puberty. Sometimes during puberty, your hair can fall out. My hair was falling out a little bit a few years ago due to both puberty and stress...
But, yeah stress is probably the main reason for it. All you have to do is just find time in your busy schedule to relax. You know, like 'Me Time'. Are there any yoga classes offered in your town or city? As cheesy as it may sound, yoga is actually extremely relaxing. I highly recommend it to relieve your stress.
