im a girl and im 16 years old... randomly, i get shoooting pains in my back from moving certain ways..and yesterday at school i bent over to get something and my back like spazzed or something.. it hurt so bad! it was hard to walk after. it hurts to do everything..lean forward..bend over..move..lay down..sit. i cudnt sleep cuz i cudnt find a position where my back didnt hurt.. i need help..does anyone kno wat this is or how i can fix it? ok, from what you said, it ither sounds like your mucles have tightened up from too much usage or, somthing more sevire, your spine's vertebre could be out of line, but i think you would be in MUCH more pain if it was lime that. go to a doctor and ask.

ok my parents were not home so i took there car out to practice my driving.then i took the car to go out to the mall and go shopping.when i came back from shopping there was a huge scratch on the hood of it!please help!!! (link)

ok some things you could do:
1. go get matching paint and paint the scratch or wax it and get rid of it.
2. don't say anything and if your parents ask, say a tree branch could have fallen on it or maybe some animal like a squrelle scratched it.
3.Tell them you wanted to practice driving and it happened then...though, depending on your parents, you may get into trouble.

Im 16 and scared! I have been on my period for 28 days (bleeding for 28 days) you only supose to only stay on 5-8 days. I just started using the new Nuva Ring (birthcontrol). Hey, I'm a fourteen year old female, and I have been smoking for around eight months. I'm sure that there are a huge quantity of smokers here, or people who know about smoking, and I have a few questions I would like answered, please.
1. Which is worse for you, cigars or cigarrettes?
2. [for the smokers] How old were you when you started?
3. Does smoking have a major impact on your voice, or is it only slight?
4. Recently, I tried to stop, and I threw a bitch fit at my friends.. I just went crazy! Was that an impact of the cigs? Am I addicted?

1: they are both very bad and both can over time kill you.
2: i dont smoke
3: smokeing has a major impact on your lungs, mouth, brain, growth, and body in general.
4: it could be. it depends on the person.

Well i just recently found out that i am pregnant. i already have a little girl who is 8 months old today, and her father is still having a really hard time adjusting to her. he is always saying how he never wants another kid .. little does he know .. he has another on the way. i am so scared about telling him .. anyone have any advice on how to handle this??? i think you should tell him. i think that over time he will get used to being a father, and he should have been more careful if he didnt want another child.

first off: WILL RATE A 5 IF YOU HELP ME OUT! ok i had this dream...let me explain it...
there was this evil being (kinda like soemthign that came out of Charmed...lol) and it kept chasing me around and trying to kill me. but i guess it kinda had a human form. kinda like the guy who had knocked up pheobe. but he was trying to kill me. he would get ahold of me and then like drag me around and stuff, liek torturing me before he killed me. granted, i made alot of escape attempts, many failing fromthe start, many almost suceeding but not quite. then he had gotten me into his truck (dont ask) and was going to drive it off the cliff and dissapear before it hit bottom. He said he would let me live under one codnition. I provided him with an heir. at first i refused, but i guess the fact of knowign my life was on the line scared me so much i gave in. then i remember
thinking "i have to tell steve i can never see him again. for his safety" (see, i even think of you in my dreams!) then the guy, before taking offmy handcuffs, told me that he wanted a daughter b/c he already had a son. the next thing i remember i was outside and i had a son on my knee then somethign came jumping out at me and scared me shitless and i woke from it.
That was the dream. and my boyfreind got upset b.c i told him (online this afternoon...he is out of state on family business...his mom is sick) and he goes "so even in your dreams you would rather cheat on me than die. i would rather die personally. but its a dream and we cant always control our dreams" then he signed off! didnt say good bye or anything. is he mad at me? does my dream mean anything? well, i think your BF will get over it. he is probably having a bad day. umm, weel its hard to say about the dream. sometimes thay mean things sometimes thay dont. maybe one of your worst fears is to be forced to cheat on him. or maybe deep inside your mind can naturally sence somting. maybe not somthing so advious in the dream, like you cheating on you BF. maybe somthing else in the dream. for example, maybe you will move somewhere else, somthing like that. i dont know, just a thought. but i personally beleve that its one of your worst fears. hope i could help, and hope your BF isnt mad!!

I can't seem to get myself motivated to do my homework! I have a lot tonight, but I always just seem to think "I'll do it later. I'm having way more fun IMing my friend right now" Then "later" comes around, and I think the same thing. This cycle goes until like 8:00 when I have no choice to start my homework, but even then I get distracted. What can I do to perk up my assignments?

ok, heres what i do. i come home, play some games or somthing for and hour. then i do a few problems on my homework. then i go back to the game for a while and back and forth until my homework is done.

i dont get this well i never take in more then 2000 callories a day more like 1000-1500 but like im putting on weight!!! the only way i lose any is if i dont eat for a day or i have no breakfast no lunch and like a salad for dinner which i have sometimes! but i dont get it.
i did lose about half a stone last year im 51.6kg and 5'2 btw im almost 15 if that helps x x x (link)

yes, it does add up. you may only take 2000 calories or less, but to loose or keep your weight you have to exercise!! eating only a salad isnt bad as long as you drink LOTS of water throughout the day. so if you want to loose your weight, you can eat regular, but you have to exercise. hope i helped

Okay I'm 13 years old and a female. Yesterday I noticed a small bump on my left breast, near the nipple. It sometimes hurts when I touch it but it also looks somewhat like a pimple. I'm really worried that this could be breast cancer. There is no history in my family of having breast cancer. Do you think it's cancer?

well, its unlikely that you have breast cancer, but if i were you, i would tell your mom. she might know if its a pimple or somthing else. if she dosent know, go to a doctor. hope i helped

well, i hear alien ware is good (alienware.com)but, as long as you get an ibm, alien ware, emacines, or other popular brands you should be fine. but i dont really recomend dell. my friend (who is a computer genious) has one and over one years time it broke down 11 times because viruses got in. hope i helped

well, press control, alt, and delete at the same time and see how many programs are running. if there are over 35 then tthats not good. try to delete you cookies too.

i would talk to your boyfriend first, and ask him what he told his mom, ect. then go appologise, but dont show any anger, and dont hint that your not REALLY sorry(if you arn't). say you were stuped and you wont do it again.hopefully they will learn to forget it and get to know the better side of you. hope i helped.
