The back is a very very sensitive area. Your back is so sensitive that sneezing or jamming on a set of carb brakes the wrong way can throw it out. Iam going to assume this pain is in the lower lumbar region where many nerves are. Pinched nerves and an uneven vertebreal column are possible. Chiros are best in this situation. ]
ok, from what you said, it ither sounds like your mucles have tightened up from too much usage or, somthing more sevire, your spine's vertebre could be out of line, but i think you would be in MUCH more pain if it was lime that. go to a doctor and ask.

think you should stretch every day because without stretching your muscled every once in a while they can become weak and crack and make pains in you also try to ice your back for 15 minutes every day and if your back still hurts go see a doc ]

I think you should see a doctor. I'm not a doctor, so I can't explain your "mystery pains." I definitely think you should tell your parents, then see a doctor immediately!
Perhaps you've pulled a muscle, injured cartilage, damaged a nerve... the list is endless. Back pain is something serious, espeically if it's near your spine, because it could be something wrong with the vertabrae, and if that's messed up - you could become paralyzed.
See a doctor now!

Anytime you have any sort of unexplainable pain you need to see a doctor about it. Maybe you just pulled a muscle or something, but if it's anything serious it's important to get treated for it as soon as possible. My advice is to call your doctor to let him/her know what's going on and schedule an appointment. I hope the pain goes away soon! Good luck. ]
