mooch789 answered Friday November 4 2005, 9:57 pm: think you should stretch every day because without stretching your muscled every once in a while they can become weak and crack and make pains in you also try to ice your back for 15 minutes every day and if your back still hurts go see a doc [ mooch789's advice column | Ask mooch789 A Question ]

Perhaps you've pulled a muscle, injured cartilage, damaged a nerve... the list is endless. Back pain is something serious, espeically if it's near your spine, because it could be something wrong with the vertabrae, and if that's messed up - you could become paralyzed.
sizzlinmandolin answered Friday November 4 2005, 2:49 pm: Anytime you have any sort of unexplainable pain you need to see a doctor about it. Maybe you just pulled a muscle or something, but if it's anything serious it's important to get treated for it as soon as possible. My advice is to call your doctor to let him/her know what's going on and schedule an appointment. I hope the pain goes away soon! Good luck.
