I use to be on this site all the time. Got sick of reading the same exact questions and basically copying and pasting my answers because no one cared to read questions asked before them. So I left and haven't really been on here.Ps. I'm not perfect and my advice isn't always right. & sometimes I choose to make it sound like you will get hurt more than you actually will to prevent people from doing stupid things. Like if I get drunk what can happen? Well i might just say you can die.....stretching the truth but I think its better than having people go out and get drunk. Plus you can die but you would have to have alcohol poisoning.

hey all today i was skateboarding with my brother and his friend and my one friend made a ramp out of wood and i went to skateboard like go up the ramp and well i fell and the bad part is i landed on my arm i mean on my arm and when i got home my arm started shaking and my hand to and know it hurts alot i think i twisted it when i fell to so what should i do should go to the hopspital or go to get it x-rayed or should i just leave it alone. i will rate 5's for reasonable answers thanks kindly.
If I were you. I would go to the hospital to have it checked out. They can take an x-ray if needed to see if you fractured it maybe. Hope your arm gets better!
Ok, i am in 8th grade and i am a 13 year opld female (just so oyu know the setting) well anyways my problem is that i have never ever ever in my life had a boyfriend. i know you might be sayi wow big deal, but it is. like almost everyone i know has had/haves 1. i feel weid when people go, oh who is you b/f, or who have you gone out with. idk whatto do. i hate feeling this way, is it wrong that i have never had a b/f, nad what can i do to make me feel better bout my self (qith out actually getting a b/f, cuz dont see that happeneing in the near future.

Well some of my friends are 14 going on 15 and have never had a boyfriend. The feeling sucks and all but it will come with time. You don’t want to go out with someone just so you can say you have had a b/f. You should like him and such. If that isn’t the case at the moment then don’t rush into it. Since it will be your first b/f you will remember him for ever really, and you don’t want to remember some asshole. You are most likely mature for your age or guys just don’t measure up to your standards. This is fine because you don’t want a loser. So over all it’s not a big deal, if someone asks if you had a boyfriend you can just say no, if they ask why tell them it just wasn’t right. Hope things work out!
I have a friend named Rob who I've known all my life and he tells me everything. We both made friends with a new younger girl named Lena (we're in eighth grade and she's in seventh) and we have a great time together. Rob is a really nice guy, and I think that Lena is mistaking that for him liking her, and she's starting to like him. For example, whenever we are doing something, like bouncing on the trampoline, and Lena falls over, he's over there helping her up again, and she's mistaking that for him liking her. Rob has told me himself that he doesn't like Lena as more than a friend, but I don't want Lena to ask him out and break her heart. What do I do?
Maybe you can try talking to her. Say stuff like, oh isn't he a great guy? He’s so nice. I think he likes this girl in 8th grade but I'm not sure. That way she starts questing the fact of him liking her. You can also flat out just tell her what kind of guy he is, how he acts and how he intends all of it to be taken. Good Luck!

Have any of you ever felt like you couldnt like someone becasue his friends that are girls dont like you? Well thats the situation im in. I like this boy and im not sure if he likes me but hes always telling me how hot i am and stuff. His friends that are girls dont really like me and i kinda dont like them either, well atleast one of his friends that are girls. Shes such a bitch and i find it kinda hard to like him now becasue they would say bad things about me to him.
You shouldn't stop liking him just because of his friends that are girls. You can't let them ruin your happiness.

1. Never change your self for anyone EVER!
2. If you don't smell, and brush your hair you look fine and really don't need much else.
3. If you act like your self you are already great and just show him how you feel.
4. This kid doesn't seem to be worth your time. He’s mean and won't treat you right.
5. If you want to tell him anyway. Just go up to him and tell him or, a) have a friend tell him b) Have his sibling tell him c) write a note D) instant message or anything else internet.

my friend was talking to my boyfriend on the phone the other dya and she asked him if he would ever go out with my other friend and he said yes. i was like ok no big deal. then he was talkin to me on aim today and he asked if my friend (the one he was asked about) was going out with anyone. i was like yeah i think so...then he said because his friend liked her. he said his friends name was billy bob smith (changed the name) then i looked him up in the year book and in the school phone directory...as far as i know there is no billy bob smith. what should i think about this?
You can't jump to conclusions. Most likely it is himself that he was talking about, but the kid may not go to your school and his # may be unlisted in the phonebook. Maybe tell him that you want to meet this friend of his or your friend wants to meet Billy bob (love the choice of name). Good luck

this "Gangsta rap" dude at school slapped one and punched another girl in the middle of the hallway two days ago. needless to say he got suspended. I work with one of the girls and the guy. he is a lazy grocery bagger, she's also a bagger.
Question: need opinions from both sexes on the issue of "guys can't hit girls". personally, i want to thrash him within an inch of his life, as do most of the other guys i have talked to. is that a bad thing?
other info: he's done it before, and has had his ass kicked multiple times for it.

Suspension is so stupid it just gives him a vacation. Anyway, I believe that guys should not hit girls; they are a lot stronger than them and can cause severe pain. Most girls don’t like to experience it like guys do. On that note it is kind of wrong that girls hit guys then, but for the most part that’s play and guys even ask girls to hit them the hardest they can. So I guess to answer your question I think showing him what it feels like would be a great idea. I wouldn’t do it on school grounds though. I’m always against fitting but when someone has it coming to them there is nothing you can do. My parents don’t even care if I get suspended or anything else if someone starts a fit with me I’m always told to give them what coming. So maybe you can hold this loser and let the girl that he hit, hit him. It is sort of her fight.
Okay, I'm a pretty preppy girl. I have lots of friends, and we all are into fashion, and dressing our best. Anyway, I have a secret love, that's so far from fashion I'm afraid my friends will hate me for it. It's skateboarding. I loove skateboarding so much, and I always go skateboarding after school with all the skaters at the park and stuff. It makes me happy, I love learning new tricks, and doing all that guyish stuff. It's so weird, but I feel like I can't tell my friends. Well, now they're all getting curious about why I don't have as much time to hang out with them..and I'm starting to run out of excuses. I've only told one of my friends (whom I'm actually not that great of friends with, someone whose 'out' of my group and in a 'less known' group, but she's wonderful) who I never really thought much of, until I learned she can keep my secret. She's such a great friend, and I'm wondering why I feel like I can't tell my other 'friends' about my secret passion for skateboarding. What am I to do? Should I just come out and tell them I like skateboarding? (I don't think that any of them will take this badly, but sometimes girls can be really.. picky about things, and some of my 'friends' may ditch me because of this) Find new friends? Only tell some of them? Aghh, help!!

Friends are people that you can tell anything to and they should be able to understand. In my opinion you should tell them. If they have something negative to say about it then they aren’t your real friends. If they are your real friends they will support you even if they don’t understand it. If it’s something that you like doing then you should be able to do it without wondering what they think.
I used to live with my brother but now i have to live with my other brother and he's constantly drinking and hitting me i don't know what to do if i go to the police then i'll end up in a home again and i don't want to go back to one of those places and if i run away then i'll end up on the street again and that's no good either, but i can't stay here it's getting harder and harder to deal with him and he keeps trying to rape me. I have no other family my dads in jail for beating my mom to death and all of my other family members are even worse than my brother one of my uncles actually did rape me. I really don't know what to do. What can I do?
Wow that’s a hard one. I’d like to start by saying that I am very sorry you have had to go through with all of this and no kid should ever have to deal with it. I believe that you shouldn’t be with someone that drinks and wants to rap you. With that said I would tell you to go to family or the police but that seems out. Do you have any close friends that you trust and maybe can move in with? Explain what has happened and ask there parents permitting to stay; maybe they can even adopt you. If not I would try to look for a nice family that would be willing to take you in for foster care. Which means they take you in and you live with them until social services finds you a nice home or you turn 18 I believe. I hope you get help soon. If there is anything else that I can maybe help you out with please ask.
Today in English we were reading some story about something to do with someone having a disability wanting to play golf. He had trouble walking and had to use a cart to get around to the hole while everyone else had to walk (obviously I wasn't paying much attention). But, towards the end of class my teacher brought up a good point about what the word "fair" meant to us.
Her question was, "Is being fair treating everyone equally, or giving lea-way to those with disabilities so they can be like everyone else.
I was wondering what it meant to you guys.
I always though of it as treating everyone equally.
The story about the guy playing golf though made me realize that it's to give lea-way to those with disabilities so they can be like everyone else.
Since he can't just walk and wants to have the same right's as others which would be to play. Then he should get the chance to do so, and if that means getting a cart then so be it.
There's been alot going on about abortion lately and here's my take!
we have eighty year old male politicians and the abstinent catho-lics (nuns and priests)telling young fecund women whose bodies are basically setting them up to get pregnant, that contraception is not right in the eyes of god, and THEN after that, neither is abortion.
So this is what I get out of all of this-
Either we're supposed to deny our instinctual, primate desires and wait until marriage because they said so, or suffer pregnancy out of marriage and be locked in to raise their future goddamn tax payers- and not to mention- army ants.
NO, their god would FORBID that any human being ould have the control over their own body, nor would any woman be able to move freely and independantly throughout society living as she chooses, without being judged and condemned to eighteen years of servitude to some god-fearing patriotic moron's children?
This is yet another way in which the "man" is getting us down. (white rich male eighty-year old christian authority)
Anyone who thinks abortion should be against the law should shut their damn mouths and take a good look at our 99 percent old, male government and ask ourselves, to what extent will this desicion affect them? That's basically how I feel about abortion. I believe it is every woman’s right to choose what she wants to do with her body. How can some ass hole that has say in government get to tell me about what is wrong and right for my self? Well lets see where do i start.. My mom and step dad got in a fight yesterday over my step dad not going places with her *like movies,out to eat,work out..* well anyways after a couple hours of all this my step dad left to go to work.. so then a little bit later my mom called me down stairs and was like you better end your relationship with your boyfriend soon cause he'll get you to where you dont wanna leave him *he already does* adn then he'll hurt you and he wont want to do anything with you anymore.. well then it turned into a big arguement with me and my mom she never exactly met my boyfriend *we been together almost a year.. and she thinks she knows this boy and thinks he's a complete asshole like my step dad is to her.. well anyways i said shit like that to her.. and she said okay whatever you'll see then... Well later on that night i was talkin to my boyfriend and then i started think bout what my mom said * i know i shouldnt let that shit get to me* but it bothered me and i brought it up to my boyfriend and he got mad and i hung up on him... then he texted me and said *baby im so sorry i love you, and that he dont want my mom interfering with our relationship..cause im the only person who he needs in his life cause im always there for him through anything..* Aww isnt it sweet well him and me are cool... but what should i say to my mom so this dont happen again...?
Maybe have your mom meet him. So you can show her that he is a great guy, who you care for a great deal. If you don't want her meeting him. Then just tell her that you have been with him for almost a year and things couldn't be better. Tell her that you are sorry for what she is going through with your step dad and wish it could be differently, but all guys aren't the same. Explain to her that you understand the fact that some guys will be like that but until she meets him she can't really judge him.
Hello, I have recieved several threatening letters over the past year from my father. The threats include having me put in hospital, also stating that he has had a curse put on my daughter and myself to ensure that something bad happens to us, and general insults and abuse aimed at my wife daughter and myself. We have really had enough of this, is there anything I can do and should I go to the police ? I am convinced that he is going to pay someone to come and do physical harm to my family or myself. He is quite old and in a poor state of health, but is and has always been a very brutal person having caused misery and suffering over many years mainly to his wife and children. All I have done to promt these letters is to write to him listing his bad deeds over the years and telling him what I thaught of his behaviour, this was without any aimed insults from me. My letter to him was in response to further bad behavior on his part.

I would recommend contacting the police and asking them to put a restraining order against your father that would include no letters or contact of any kind. Since he is threatening you, you may be able to doing something else. If not, this way he can be put in jail if he comes in contact with you. His past doesn't seem to be good either so it will all work for your benefit. Keeping your wife and child safe should be the only thing on your mind, no matter what happens to your father.
Hi I'm the Grandmother of a little boy who lives in Ontario. He was born here as well and his Mom, my daugther is Canadain as well. His father is from the United States. my daugther and him are married they all live here in Ontario, yet things are not going so well in this marriage, The father is always saying he will take the little boy with him back to Pennsylvinia, My question is, can he get his duel citizenship for his son with out his Mother sighing for it as well and can he get his son's citizenship with out his birth certificate?
I hope you can help me with this as it is making me very upset to think of him taking his son.

As far as I know he would need his birth certificate and other documents. (That’s what I needed for the US) They also made it a law in the US at least, that one parents is not allowed to take there child under a certain age, out of the country with out at least a paper signed from the other giving consent. If he does just leave she can file a police report saying that he kidnapped the child.
I am African-American/Japanese and the guys that I am normally into are white skater types. Nobody I've ever really liked has liked me back, and I've been told it's because I'm too shy. Is it really because I'm too shy or is it because of race? Do guys really think about race?
Depends on the guy. My friend a Philippine and has gone out with like every guy basically the skater ones and band loving. Most guys in this day and age don't care. Plus most find people of the Asian race to be very good looking. My African American friends have as well gone out with white boys. Good luck!
