Okay I am 40 weeks pregnant. I was due xmas day. I still have not given birth! What could be taking so long? I am becoming so miserable, uncomfortable and irritated, not to mention impatient. Please if someone has any suggestions please help!

Alright, this might take a minute, I have this really good friend Jake. He tells me he's "in love with me", and is planning on asking me out this friday. We have went out once before for a short time, and broke up because I had alot going on and didnt really want to deal with a boyfriend. He got really upset and hurt himself. He knows that I'm not so sure if i want to go out with him or not, but still, his hopes are high. I do like him sometimes, but it's weird and when i'm in certain moods i just dont like him like that at all.
Then, I really really like this other friend (Nick) of mine. He is alot older than me, and at our age difference right now nothing would happen. But I still do like him and he's one of my good friends. I have no idea if he likes me like that, but sometimes he does give me weird signals.
Anyway, I am not sure if I want to go out with Jake or not. I am in a few classes where there is Nick and Jake and (they are friends, but nobody knows I like Nick except my best friend.) I know that it would be weird, Nick wouldnt say anything but I know he would be kind of disappointed in me. Either way, if i say yes or no, i know that I am going to be unhappy with my answer. if i say yes i'll wish i said no and if i say no i'll wish i said yes. I don't really know what Im getting at, but this is my problem and i need to know soon.

I am going through a break up because my boyfriend just wants to give up on our relationship all of a sudden. Now this is a big deal because a child is involved. We have worked through everything for years and now all of a sudden when we have a family started he wants to run and give up? I am extremely hurt and I wish I could just be calm and move on with my life and say well, he's just stupid. But I am so angry and I just want to scream at him so bad but I know that could make things worse. How do I be a calm, cool, and collected person so that there is a chance that he may want to work through this? I don't want to be that angry girl with sarcastic comments comming out of my mouth every five minutes...it's really hard to control guys, I am so mad at him for giving up at the worst time. I wish I could do something as simple as smack some sense into him, but I know I can't. He doesn't understand that he's messing up a chance for our child to create family childhood memories and everything. How should I be throughout all of this? I really need advice I am so lost, I have crazy mixed emotions and my anger is so huge. Please please please help!! We can't afford couples counseling either. thanks.

hey hunny,pray with all your might and then do this. Spill it all out, tell him what he would do to this baby and how it affects on you. Remember to remain calm, breathe, and say to yourslef you are going to make it through this. Okay so I am the same person that asked about calling one of my old staff members from a mental institution at home. I decided to send her a christmas card and i called her at work tonight to find out if she got it and she said yes. I asked her if she minded me mailing it to her house and she said no. So i was wondering if i shouldnt call her at home tomorrow and find out if there is some way i can see her because she only lives like a mile away. I have walked past her house several times and i know that she took an oath that stated that if she saw a patient outside of the hospital the only way she could talk to them would be if they approached her. so if i was thinking that maybe i should have her go outside and maybe "bump into her". Do you think I should do this, I mean I really really really miss her and she is such a big influence in my life right now and she is the only reason that I have not killed myself! She has made me realize that I can be a great person if I try and work hard at it? What should I do?

so. my best friend introduced me to a guy she dated about a year ago.He ended up falling for me, and then he got me to fall for him. and..we were in love. Seriously. The feeling is just to hard to explain. We basically did everying except sex, and oral sex. I look back on it, and it makes my skin crawl. So, he ended it with me about a month ago, and he let me down pretty hard. It hurt so bad, but then I found out what an ass hole he was.
