Is there anything i can do for a sore tailbone? Plz Help!

sit on ice and try to aviod sittin on a hard surface. for sleeping purposes slep on your side or stomach

I would say take some advil and use a heating pad. thats what i did when i fell off my horse and landed on my tail bone.

The only thing you can do is to just ice it and just rest on something comfortable. You can also take some pain relievers. Hope I helped :)

take a nice hot bath with Epson salt in the water and then put a heating pad on it for a day, then if it still hurts, keep ice on it. ~*stefnie

Sit in those little inflatable tubes little kids use in the pools. NO really. I lived in one for like a week when i cracked mine. then bruised it. then bruised it agian. Use your arms to get up like pick urself up with them.dont like psuh off with ur backside...
no realy...the little donut thing is a miracle for a sore tailbone

put some ice on it for the first 24 hours of the injury. on-off for 10 minute inervals. and after the first 24 hrs apply heat. again in 10 minute intervals. (10 mins on, ten mins off)
