Words of advice on love:
- Don't ever let someone tell you that you are not in love.
- If you say that you THINK you're in love, then you aren't. If you really feel it, then you are.

- To me, age is not an issue. If you are 13 and dating a 30 year old, then it's a big deal. If it's 5 or 6 years, not a big deal.

please help me. my ex-boyfriend, who i just broke up with yesterday, is now all of a sudden going out with my best friend!! i have no idea what to do, any advice?

First of all, your "best friend" really isn't your best friend because a true best friend wouldn't have done that to you. I would be pissed at your "best friend" because she was a bitch (excuse my language) for going out with your ex boyfriend a day after he dumped you! Who in their right mind would do that to their "best friend"? I swear, if that ever happened to me, I would go Kung Foo on that bitches ass!!! I'd be like HYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAHHH! Yep, just like that. Anyway, you should talk to your friend and see why she'd do something like that to you! That's so horrible. I don't think you should be friends with her anymore after that. That has to be the lowest thing a "friend" can do to another friend. I wouldn't go and find another boyfriend just for revenge because that's low on your part. I fell last week and my legs are all cut up and I wanted to wear a skirt on V-day but didnt want my cuts so show. So is there any way to make cuts go away faster?

4 syllables- Ne-o-spor-in! Neosporin. I love that stuff. It makes your cuts and scars go away and less visible. Once the scratches turn into slight scabs, you can but cover up on them. Another thing you can do, buy pantie hose (sp?)Yes, girls still wear those! Buy a color to match your skin and it will look natural. And you won't have to shave ;) But if not, you can just try using Neosporin! Don't pick the scabs because it will make it worse. Hope this helped.

I currently live in London and may be moving to either Philadelphia in America or Melbourne in Australia. Iv'e been to Melbourne before but don't know what it would be like living there. What the would be schools like, e.c.t.

Well, I've never been to Australia. But whoever told you that it's hard to get hold of healthy foods lied to you. Yes, about everyone in the united states are overweight but that's because they choose to be. We have health food stores. Philadelphia is nice depending on where you live. Most of it is the ghetto filled with drugs, violence and whatnot. I honestly do NOT incourage you to move to the united states. Our president is an idiot #1, #2 it's hard to find a job #3 it's cold in Philly!! I would honestly suggest you move to Melbourne. I've looked on the net and Melbourne is a beautiful city. But, to make your final decison, I would suggest you take a trip out to Philly for about 2-3 weeks and see how you like it out here. You must keep in mind, it snows over here alot and the winters are harsh. I hope this helped.

That's actually quite shocking that hot topic doesn't have those shirts. I asked my friend where she got Static Lullaby's T-Shirt from and she said she got it at their concert and that's the only place you can get it other than ordering off their site. So, unless you order them off the internet, you can only get them at their concerts. They are fairly new bands, but I don't see why Hot Topic wouldn't have them. My school is doing Aresnic and Old Lace, and I am playing Elaine. We will be doing some "stage-kissing" and I don't know what they mean by that. Could someone explain this technique?

Well, what they do is they turn you at an angle so that the audience can't see that you're not really kissing. It will look like you are but you aren't. What normally happens is that the guy will grab your back and turn you so that you are facing the audience and then he will turn his body so that it is covering your face and you can't see that you're really not kissing. You don't have to worry about knowing it right now. I guarentee you that they will be going over it with you. I was in a play and I had a kissing scene, we had to reherse it many times because the guy wouldn't turn me at the right angle! Lots of times, they put a large brimmed hat on the girl so when she tilts her head to one side you can't see her face. I hope this helped.

I usually just use a little foundation with powder over it to set the foundation, but it really makes my skin look so dry and---dull. theres no dewyness or light to it. What are some types of makeup I can use to give my skin a dewy glow??

There is this new stuff. No clue at all who it makes it but it's called Dream Matte Mousse. It works great! It's a great foundation and you can just use that and it makes your skin feel really good! I love it. Also, if you put on a LITTLE powder after that, it takes away the oily look. That's what I do because I think it looks oily a little, you may not. It gives you just the right glow and color to your face. Hope this helped.

Yep, you can pee with one in. I actually change mine whenever I go to the bathroom just to be on the safe side. But yes, you can pee with them in, it doesn't harm you at all. Hope this helped.

i have windows xp and im using the regular Word processor that it comes with (not microsoft works word processor) just REGULAR WORD and i NEED to double space my paper but i cant find any possible way to do it, but i know there's a way. how do i do it? (dont say press enter cause that'll get screwed up when i print) thanks SO much!

Okay, when you open it, go to Format. Click on Paragraph. It will show you three little separations. The third one is spacing. The "Line Spacing" should say Single. Click on the drop down arrow and select double. When you type, it automatically double spaces everything for you! Hope this helped.

Is there a way to stop a pregnant woman from drinking? I don't understand why it's not against the law. It's aginst the law to supply alcohol to minors, but it's ok to posion your unborn child?

Well, there is really no way to prevent her from doing it but there is something you can do to at the very least try to get her not to. If you go to a clinic, they have pamphlets about how drinking/smoking/etc can affect the baby while you're pregnant. If you don't have a chance to go to a clinic, you can always just look it up on the internet. They have it on many parenting websites. Sit her down and show it to her and tell her it's not a good thing to do at all. I agree with you that it should be agaist the law. Women normally don't understand that drinking and smoking can affect your baby so horribly. I hope this helped.

I'm really upset. I just recently tried out for Grease. And I don't think I got in. And I think the only reason why is because the director couldn't read my e-mail address. I think I did good because the man I sang to for my audition said I did excellent. I am wondering should I e-mail the director? Well, you can't be so hard on yourself. If you know you can do it, then keep believing in yourself because if you think you can do it then you can. Don't let anyone get in your way of your dream. You shouldn't be that upset. In that kind of business, you have to accept the rejections because this is just the first time it has happened, and I guarentee you it won't be the last. I wanted to be a model for a while, I found agents and I went to different places and no one would take me. I gave up and I wish I didn't. You have alot of very tough competition out there and you need to stay strong. Keep doing your thing sweetie, hang in there, you'll get it. Do NOT let anything get in the way of your dreams. I have dark hair on my arms and I wanna bleach it. Do I sue regualr bleach like the stuff for clothes or what?

No no no!!! Do not use regular bleach! If you were to use regular bleach it will burn your skin. They make special hair bleach that you can get at Wal*Mart. It comes in these little tubs and you just apply it to your arms or your "Problem areas" I guess you could say, wait a couple mintues or however long it says on the box and wipe it off. Make sure you follow the directions on the box or you could really mess up your skin!! Hope this helped.

since I wanted to test your inbox for you, I thought I'd spew a question about fencing...

I assume you do line fencing. What swords do you use? Mostly foil? Do you use epee or rapier?

I have an epee, but I accidentally stepped on it a few years ago when we moved into the house - bent the tang... not going to use that sword again.

I fenced in the SCA, so it was medieval stuff, and not olympic style in the least... in fact, ours was more like old-school duels straight from the renaissance - knocking your opponent's blade out of the way with your free hand, using 2 swords, etc... crazy stuff.

And then one day, they said we couldn't use epees anymore, and made us all buy schlagers.

Ever fence with a schlager? Not exactly the lightest blade in the world.

Anyway, I love swordplay.

That's so weird! It's working for this question but the other question I have still isn't working! But, I fence mainly foil. I've never used an epee, and since it's my first year fencing, and I really don't know much about every single differen't weapon, I've never heard of a rapier. My team has Foil, Epee, and Sabre. It's not like medievel really, it's just line fencing. It's great fun. We had Santelli's on Sunday and my captians who are Varsity fencers are still so beat up I have to fill in for them at our meet today. YIKES! I'm a little shaken, but it's a new team so they won't be that great... I hope. We've had our team for 30 years at my highschool. It's great to know someone else on this site actually has some experience fencing! I've asked a bunch of questions before about fencing and no one knew. Most of the time they'd just tell me to ask their brother and give me their screen name.

To some people, it's wrong. As long as the two of you aren't having sex, there is nothing wrong with it. Until the 15 year old turns 18, there is nothing wrong with having sex. But only until then, if you decide to have sex, you MUST keep your mouth shut or else the guy will get arrested for sagitory rape. i have a bit of hair on my lower back, and its like blonde so its not gorilla, but you can see it...is that normal/really wierd? i always feel so self consious about it because im not a hairy person at all! but what do guys think about that? do they prefer a bald-body girl? hehe

Well, guys normally are freaked out by hair in odd places. But I will say that it is completely normal for girls ht have hair on their lower backs. I have it too! All girls do. Lucky for you, you're blonde so you can hardly see it. There was a girl that had very dark hair on her lower back and she got made fun of for a while. People just need to find the imperfections in others so they can make fun of them just to satisfy their own insecurities. It's not a big deal. As you get older, it will start thinning out and it will be virtually invisible. Hope this helped!
