heyy i have a ? i am 18 and i am dateing a 15 year old girl and my mom is all anal about it i mean we know we cant have sex because its illegal and i repspect that and that if we do have sex we have to wait till she is with a legal age but like if i am dateing her is there any way possible i can get ntroible witht the law thanks alot

Lol. i love the addition, its my friend not me. lOL! anyway, I personally dont think so, if the have sex he can go to jail, but in some ways i guess, they can go out if there is a love connection!

Well this is a yes and no question. It's alright for a 15 year old to date a 19 year old because it's only a 4 year age difference and they could love each other a lot. But it's not right for them to be dating because it's illegal, because if they have sex or if your friend's mom finds out, she can get this guy in trouble. Hope I helped :)

It's legal in some states. Where I live (NC) there can be no more than a 5 year difference if one person is under 18 and the other is 18+. But it is illegal if you do anything sexual because it's considered rape. So make suer your friend knows this.

To some people, it's wrong. As long as the two of you aren't having sex, there is nothing wrong with it. Until the 15 year old turns 18, there is nothing wrong with having sex. But only until then, if you decide to have sex, you MUST keep your mouth shut or else the guy will get arrested for sagitory rape. To me, age doesn't matter and I don't understand why people make such a big deal out of it. Just be careful. Hope this helped.
