Yeah I got braces, and my orthdontist said to definitely wait until they come off before I try any teeth whitening. It make sense though, right? because all around would be white, but where your bracket was would be a different color. Make sure you're brushing twice a day with regular tooth paste and once a day with a cavity prevention paste. I got that when I first got braces from my ortho, but I'm sure there's stuff available at your local convenience store.

There's so many beautiful places in America that it would be nearly impossible to say exactly where you should move to. I would say that it really depends on the kind of weather you are looking for. For warm weather year-round, Texas is great. For coastal weather, California is good. For cold weather, maybe New York. If you are moving from a different country, maybe you should research where there is a high population of people from the same place as you.

Q: Ok. For around two weeks EVERY night I've been having bad dreams. And it sucks.
It'll either be a new dream, a dream I've had before, or a combination of a couple dreams.
I've had this one for 3 nights in a row, seriously. I walk into a room, and look in this mirror. And there is this half-dead ten-ish year old girl with a bloody KNIFE standing behind me. But when I look behind me she's not there, she's only in the mirror. Then there is this other one where I get put into a coffin and I'm buried alive.
So...
Would there be a reason that this is happening ??
What can I do ? I HATE it....

Nightmares can happen for different reasons. You may be eating unusual foods late at night or you may be under a lot of stress. These things cause your body and mind to be off-balance. You could try playing some soft music while you sleep, or you could buy a CD with a variety of peaceful sounds (like a waterfall, etc). Try calming yourself down before you fall asleep also- think of something wonderful, like a fun vacation or your friends.

Women that are in really good shape tend to have little to no fat on them at all. Breasts are made of fat, so no fat=little boobs. I really don't think you can prevent this because I'm sure you want to be in good shape as an athlete. Also, try baby powder to prevent sweating on your chest.

It really depends on the sensitivity of your legs. My legs are extremely sensitive so the freak out whenever I do not use a sharp razor and shave gel. Yours may be different, however. Be sure to use a good brand of soap, like Lever 2000 or Dove, if you are going to.

I don't want to embarass anybody so i'll just describe the situation. One girl stated that she hasn't had her period in 4 months and was wondering what she should do. Then this one girl answered:

Girl performs oral sex on boy.
Boy ejaculates in girl's mouth.
Boy and girl make-out, thus, exchanging the live sperm.
Boy performs oral sex on girl.
Sperm goes into vagina.
Crazy? yes. Possible? mm.. its extremelyyy unlikely.
However, sperm can still live in the air for awhile, but it is still so unlikely.

Crossdressing is something that men will do when they are trying to figure out who they are. You are at the age when most men have determined whether they are gay or straight or bi. This is not neccessarily a problem, but I think it important for you to determine who you are so you can start living life to the fullest as yourself. Eating your own sperm is rather unusual, but it does not make you gay. If you are fantasizing about eating other males' sperm, then you *may* be homosexual.
However, if you are positive that you like girls, then that is good because you are close to discovering your sexuality. Maybe you wish you were born as a female? But you are still attracted to the female sex? That's okay.
I think you really need to find yourself. Discover who you are. Experiment with your crossdressing, and find out what works for you.

Crunches, crunches, crunches. Get a set system down of exercise. You could do 20 crunches in the morning and then 20 at night. Also, swimming and jogging are excellent ways of toning your overall body. Be sure you are also safely dieting (eating more fruits and whole grains rather than junk food). Get lots of sleep and drink lots of water, in addition, so that you have the energy to exercise.

In my computer class in high school, we had a guest speaker come talk to us about saving money as a teenager. She suggested a few things:
1) putting a dime away everyday, don't touch this jar, and the money will add up fast.
2) Track what you buy one day. Then use that list to see how you can reduce the amount of money you are spending. For example you can say, I didn't really need to buy 3 cd's, just 2 would have been fine.
3) Open up a bank account. The interest gives you money for doing nothing.
Hopefully you can use these tips for your essay, or maybe these tips inspired some tips of your own.

Sun, sun, sun. If you want your hair lighter faster, then use a product (like Touch of Sun). I use this product and it really works. Some cheaper brands can turn your hair more orangey so be careful. Also, too much chlorine can dry out your hair and turn it weird shades of blonde.

Put your hair in two high pigtails. Wear capris (or folded up pants) with striped toe-socks. Wear flip-flops or sandals with your toe-socks of course :]. Wear a collared, striped shirt. Then, if you have suspenders, wear those, but if you dont you can hook two belts to the loops in your jeans that go over your shoulders to create the illusion of suspenders. And then finally, wear big glasses. You can even find your parents' old ones and take the lenses out. Have fun!
