Crossdressing is something that men will do when they are trying to figure out who they are. You are at the age when most men have determined whether they are gay or straight or bi. This is not neccessarily a problem, but I think it important for you to determine who you are so you can start living life to the fullest as yourself. Eating your own sperm is rather unusual, but it does not make you gay. If you are fantasizing about eating other males' sperm, then you *may* be homosexual.
However, if you are positive that you like girls, then that is good because you are close to discovering your sexuality. Maybe you wish you were born as a female? But you are still attracted to the female sex? That's okay.
I think you really need to find yourself. Discover who you are. Experiment with your crossdressing, and find out what works for you.
