Of course. It's still possible for sperm to get in, since no hymen is totally "closed", if you like. Menstrual blood has to come from somewhere.
and alot of the time, peoples hymens are already broken or torn. It doesn't just take sex or masturbation to "pop" it.

You didn't state your age, but I'm guessing you are still growing.
To be honest though, no matter your age, you will still get a scar. Think about it - you're putting a hole in your stomach so it's obvious it's going to take a fair bit of time to heal.
It wouldn't hurt you to just wait until you're of age and it's best to not go against your mums wishes since you are a minor. :)

I leave for England and Ireland on Thursday, staying for a week. I'm in the process of packing, and I've looked up the weather. To be honest, the weather at the moment really doesn't know what it's doing! 3 days ago, it was lovely and warm/sunny. Yesterday it was snowing and today, it's grey with sun trying to shine through.
Don't panic though, I feel the clothes you have packed are fine. You have clothes that you can easily put over each other if you need it.
I just did a quick weather check, too. It does vary depending on the specific parts you are going to be at, but it doesn't look like it will be by alot.
Would it hurt to pack some gloves and a scarf? - just incase it does take a turn for the worst.
and make sure you have good, warm shoes on incase they get wet.

There's always that chance. You'll just have to wait and see if your period comes - if not, take a test.
May I also point something out to you:
You say you need to pee frequently and barely anything comes out..and it hurts alot down there. It sounds like a possible UTI which can be cleared up with antibiotics if you go to a doc. If it IS a UTI and you just leave it, there's a chance it could spread and make you quite poorly. Read up on it. If it sounds like you, go to the doctor.

Lets get some things straight.
Masturbating doesn't make you NOT a virgin. Infact, it has nothing to do with virginity what so ever.
The only time you're considered NOT a virgin, is if you've had sex and only sex.
and just so you know, even if you aren't a virgin, there's no way of anyone knowing. There are no signs. Most people think a broken hymen is a sign for a girl - but the truth is, hymens can break without even having sexual encounters/masturbating etc.
So to conclude, if you haven't had sexual intercourse, you are still a virgin.

My best friend of a year (and ex boyfriend of 2 years[he dumped me]) OFFERED (I excepted) to let me drive his car so we could run some errands together for his dad. It's impossible to tell.
He could just be really comfortable with you and trusts you enough to drive his car etc.

Some people just have naturally chubbier cheeks than others. You say you're skinny, so this must be the case for you.
Weight loss obviously won't help.
What you can do, though, is make them LOOK thinner.
You can do this by:
*Getting a haircut which flatters your face. No short bangs. So if you have short bangs, let them grow out to make your face appear thinner and longer.
*Makeup. There's a name for this particular process and it's called "contouring", which is basically applying blush to certain areas of your cheek bones.

It's impossible to tell, but don't jump to conclusions - you aren't that late anyway. and worrying about it will only make it later.
Using condoms was a great idea, but sadly there's a risk they can break/leak etc. Possibly without you knowing, too.
Just don't panic. and wait for your period. If it still doesn't come, take a pregnancy test.
