well proactive works really well,. i use it. it also moisturizes your skin so it is smoother. aslo to get smooth skin try olay or some specialty lotion.

Is there any way to build strength without having to lift weights or anything like that.
We've started doing bits of break dancing in my hip hop dancing and it's really hard seeing as I'm not exactly strong and the teacher told me to figure out a way to build stregth without lifting weights or something
I've tryed to just keep practicing but I keep falling on my face 'cause I'm not strong enough to hold the weight of my whole body on my arms haha. (link)

i guess you could try pushups. im on the swim team and i am SoOoo much stronger thatn i used to be. maybe you can go swim some laps and it will definatly build them up.

i've been there too. my personal opinion is that you shouldnt ask a guyy out you have never talked to before or dont even know that well. it just doesnt work that way. if your friend doesnt tell you then ask him yourself. if he says know that just kkep looking =P. if he says yes then all the better too you! hope it works out!

Okay so, I babysit everyday for 2 hours which some people have told me will burn alot of calories then as soon as I get home I do 2 hours/an hour and a half of dancing then if I have time I do 30 minutes of skipping (rope jumping)
I'm not doing it to lose weight it's just to stay in shape and keep me busy since I have nothing better to do.
Loads of people have told me I'm over excersizing and I know for a fact it's dangerous to over excersize.

NEVER wear too much makeup. its sOoOo not kool and its not attractive either. just be yourself and when he's around you act like your a fun person to be around. act silly and flirt. guyys like to be around girls that are funny, funn, flirty and outgoing. hope i helped!

God! I hate love, if it even is really love. I like these two guys. They are so great and i dont know which one i should chose. Well i believe in the ouiga board so dont laugh. I asked the board who likes me and it said that they both do and i know that my other friend didn`t push it but it just seems too good to be true, but im still excited. Question #1: Make a list of the qualities that you like in both of them. Which ever one has the most on your list. then go for that one. and i dont even no wat the ouiga board is??? but if its like one of those fortune teller things that they are not always accurate. you can ask him if ya want.
Question #2: Those are butterflyies. it means you like him and your excited for what might happen. basically he's got your adreneline pumping. so like your hyped.

Well for the past year and a half or so, we've been working on re-decorating my bedroom. Right now I have one of my bedroom walls a hot pink colour and the rest are white. I wanted to accent my room with lime green, so that there wasn't so much pink. I'm painting my closet doors in that sublime green colour with hot pink stripes down the middle of each of them, but I wanted to add more green into my bedroom. My idea was to put some sort of design in the corners of my walls like right at the top where the corner of the two walls meet the ceiling. My only delema is, I'm stumped as to what design I should use in those corners. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the design should be in the corner? I'm open to any ideas! Thanks! (link)

i think you chould just do a plain lime green line around the tops of your ceiling and to the bottoms of your floor. i think it wo8uld look relaly good.

Hi, one of my friends is a total jerk and has absolutely no manners. She has serious social problems and everyone around her knows but her. NEVER embarass your freind. she will totally hate you and if you were in her position then you wouldnt want to be humiliated either. just confront her and teel her how you feel. if she still doesnt see herself as annoying and rude then maybe you should consider not being friends.

i no that pain. it happened in swimming for me and when i was swimming. what my coach told me to do was to eats of fruits. after that i never got them again. but u have to keep eating them. they wont go away forever if you eat it a few times

Well the thing you should be worried about is if your friend would like you liking or even going out with her brother. i mean its o.k. to think hes cute but if you date him it could create a tension between you and your friend. and this so called guyy that is to popular for you!!?!?!?! no one can be to popular for anyone. its just a stupid boundary that people make up. tyr talking to him and just getting to be friends. good luck!

I'm going on a school trip Wed-Fri. and I've got my period the heaviest it's ever been. It's like I have to change my pad every hour. I've never gotten cramps and now I have them really bad. During the trip we are going to make a couple rest stops off the bus. I can't put a pad in my pocket because it will be obvious..This is going to ruin my whole trip! I won't feel well and all my friends are going to have fun. I can't bring medicine either...it isn't allowed. I might have to wear a couple pads at once and like two pairs of underwear until I can quitely try to change it. Please help me get through this because I don't know what to do! take a purse with you. keep all your pads and or tampons in too. also if yyou need to bring an extra pair of underware. wearing a couple of pads will not work my the way. the blood wont go through the sticky stuff and the lining. also wear a tampon(if you have them) with a heavy pad. there for you wont even have to worry. and by tomorrow your period might accually not be as heavy. sometimes in your period it gets realy heavy one day and then its perfectly normal the other. good luck

not sure what your saying but i no you scan link sn's.
not sure if this is what you want but ill give it a try
first on your buddy list window on the top toolbar is a button and it says " My AIM"
click on it and in the drop down menu there is another button that says "Manage linked screen names" click on that
on the pop-up cliock the button " Link/unlink screen names"
in the next button ass your screen name you want to link to your other one. add your screen name and password. after that click " done "
now log off and log back on. there should be two buttons that have both of your screen names on you buddy list window.
