Well exercizing in general is good.
But yes, it's good for your period.
You change a tampon every 4-8 hours.
&Personally, I prefer tampons.

If you don't talk to your dad about it at all, then he might think there's something wrong with you.
Just ask him, next time he goes to the store, if he can buy some for you and maybe a box of pads/tampons for later on and maybe a razor.

I'm 14/f and a freshman in Highschool. I was my first highschool dance the other night and tons of seniors wanted to grind with me. I didn't really mind cause I wasn't overdoing it. Yes, it hurt.
But not enough to make me cry.

My best advice is to get a little liqoured up before you decide to, and if you want it to be all romantic and emotional, your first time is very awkward.

The pain stays with you for a while, like when it first goes in, but then it fades.

It took me a year to let my mom let me dye my hair black.
Eventually, I just came home one day with black hair. Once you dye your hair black, there's basically no lightening up untill it fades.

I also told my mom I'd inquire some blonde in my hair, so it looked "normal", you basically need to butter her up before you ask, like clean the house or give her a compliment.

There really isn't a way to be okay with it if you know in your heart and in your head that you're not.
Your best friend should be more caring, and ask you if it's okay with you, and you should return the favor and be honest with her.

Hi, I'm going into 10th grade 16/m- and school hasn't even started yet...
Well.. the harrassment has been going on since 4th grade...
Basically all the popular people and the majority of my class think that I'm a fag (like gay).. but I'm not.. I have a girlfriend of 6 months.. and we're really happy together...
I don't even act gay at all.. everyone just thinks I am.. and I think it's because most of my friends are girls.. but I don't understand why that would make me gay- because wouldn't that mean that I like hanging out with girls because they are nice to me??

Another thing.. I am one of the smartest people in the class (4.0 average).. and I always do good on tests.. do people make fun of me because they are jealous that I get good grades and they don't.. Okay, so there's this girl I really like (E), and this other girl (B) my best friend likes. My friend really loves B, he's told me a million times, and he's loved her for a really long time.
