BitsandPieces answered Friday August 18 2006, 11:03 pm: You might try writing down all the things going on in your head to put them to rest. Closing your eyes and a few deep breaths do it for some people. If this has been a lifelong recurring problem, you could need to talk to a doctor to get help. Maybe you just hate summer homework, and I don't blame you. Try to do the homework at the same time every day, before you are too tired to concentrate. Also, make sure there are no distractions around you, such as T.V. etc.. [ BitsandPieces's advice column | Ask BitsandPieces A Question ]

Now keep the music playing and start your report. If the music distracts you too much then you can turn it off. [ eternitysofbliss's advice column | Ask eternitysofbliss A Question ]
