Very helpful tool :D

I would like to know what foods help loose weight :) i feel quite self concious about my weight. I am not overweight but i would like to have a flqt stomach :)

Naturally you will want to stay away from food that are high in trans fats and overly processed foods. Lean meats are quite beneficial as well (for example turkey). In addition, the way you cook the food is important (baking versus frying). Mostly, the big thing is calories in versus calories out. A fat stomach can be achieved not only by eating healthy, but from lots of exercise. Try to supplement your diet with exercise for better results!

I feel like I am the only one who liked this movie. Is there a reason so many of my friends hated it? I just don't understand and I want to.

In addition to the previous answer, people always have different expectations. If you were a major fan like me, then you would hope that the movie would adapt flawlessly. Of course, this isn't easy and the higher the expectations the harder to meet them. For example, I used to love reading the book Twitches, but when the movie came out I was so angry because it was nothing like the book! However, a friend of mine who had never read the books loved the movie. Perhaps her expectations weren't as great as mine which allowed her to enjoy the movie more.

Hello all you security minded people! After the target security thing that happened recently I am afraid to log in to my red card account. :( Is there a 100% safe, secure way to log in so I know my information is still safe? Thank you!

It seems that target is offering free credit monitoring services to anyone that could be affected according to https://corporate.target.com/discover/article/Important-Notice-Unauthorized-access-to-payment-ca

I would simply call Target and ask them what you can do, it would be the safest way.

Best of luck!

I have gotten my period since I was 11. It usually goes from the first to the seventh of each month, but i havent gotten it for the last two months. I'm not sexually active AT ALL? Is this bad? Should I be worried??????????

When I was younger I would often go months without my period. It was very, very irregular. My doctor told me it was very common because the body is still getting used to it. I would say that if your daily life is the same as it has been for the past months, then there is no need to worry. However, to put your mind at ease you can always call your doctor to ask if there is any reason to be concerned.

what to put on a rash

Similar to the previous advice, you should be more specific to get the best results.

If the rash is from a sunburn, use aloe vera.
Rash from an injury like a scrape, use neosporin or similar ointments.
A minor burn can be treated with any kind of burn cream.

Typically you can find the best cream for the specific type of rash at the drug store or give a call to your doctor.

my love has left me. I don't have any way to alieve. I will kill my self verry soon

Well, what happened? It's tough to help when you are so vague. And people on this site do want to help you.

Regardless of what happened, everyone had tough breaks in their life. You have to go on and live your life the best you can. I don't think suicide is the answer. I know someone who was married to her partner for more than 30 years until one day he just left. She later found out he had accumulated a lot of debt she was unaware of. what did she do? Not kill herself. Instead she moved on and built a life for herself. Sure it was tough but so is life. you have to do your best.

OMG!!! im getting braces this year and i'm going to the orthodontist like in 2 weeks so any advice...

But braces make all the girls in my class popular so should i be happy or mad ????

MY teeth are growing on top of each other too!!!
HELP!

I've had braces. In the long run you'll be so glad you got them because they make your teeth so straight and your smile will be awesome. First, they do hurt. It will scratch your lips. But it's normal. Ask your orthodontist to give you wax. You can place pieces of the wax on your brackets with will be so helpful. Trust me. Don't worry about what people think. Honestly, so many people get them that it's not a big deal. Of course people will notice and say "hey you got braces" but it's the same as when you get a new haircut, people notice. Follow the directions your orthodontist gives. Be careful of eating foods like corn, because it will get stuck in your braces. Brush often. You'll be fine :)

I am 13 years old and I got my periods when I was 12 and half.I didnt tell anyone about my periods because of some personal reasons(I dont have any sibling and i am not close to my mother and my father is abroad and I am too shy to tell someone else).I hate sex and I dont have any boyfriend.I started doing skipping rope and running excessively at morning without taking breakfast(I didnt do exercise that much in my whole life) and I am sure that i have lose weight.

First, its very normal to have our periods late when you first start getting them. My periods would skip months at first and the doctor said it was normal for periods to be irregular. This continues to happen for years until finally it's more in sync. So, don't worry too much about it being late. Also, if you are underweight it definitely contributes. For example, serious female athletes (ex gymnasts) rarely get their periods because of how little fat they have. (see this link for more information http://www.livestrong.com/article/385269-at-what-body-fat-percent-do-you-start-losing-your-period/). I would record when you get your period each month and see if its a pattern. Some women have a longer cycle so they might get their period a bit delayed each time which is normal too. Keep track and if you notice a problem then you can always just call your pediatrician and they can tell you over the phone if its a problem or not.

20/f last year I was raped by my ex boyfriend, long story short we drank (he led me to believe he was drinking but in actuality I was the drunk one,) when we went to bed I remember waking up to him doing the act. To this day I have not told anyone except a good friend, and my new current boyfriend (of almost 9 months) at the very beginning of our relationship, but I toned town the story a bit. Nobody actually knows everything that happened, and I can't seem to get over it. I have brought it up once to my boyfriend, and he consoled me (as well as wants to kill my ex) but I feel badly about the topic if it is to come up again, I don't want him to think I still think about my ex. Should I be over it by now? It makes me feel dirty and sick to think about it, I could cry.
Thank you

First of all, you bringing it up doesn't mean you're thinking about your ex. It means you're thinking about yourself and how you feel. You've gone through a traumatic experience that no one should have to go through and so naturally you happen to think about it. Honestly, i feel like your current bf is being supportive and wants to help you so if you tell him how you feel then it doesn't look bad on you. Let him know that you are having trouble getting over feeling dirty and sick. It's good to talk about it. Now, you have to know that it wasn't your fault. The last thing you want to do is blame yourself. Let those close to you help you out...you'd do the same if you were in their shoes wouldn't you? Terrible experiences such as this sometimes can't be forgotten...but you have to take consolation in the fact that you have people that love you and care for you and that will help you through it. I'm sorry you feel this way and I hope this helped.

Me and my boyfriend are always fighting and I want to stop that he gets mad for everything for example he invites me to go out and my parents say no and he gets mad at me for no reason its really not my fault what should I do I dont want to lose him I love him a lot his my life

You should try talking to him at a time when he's not mad. This way you both can actually make progress about why he gets so upset all the time. When you talk things through at a calm state you make progress versus yelling at each other. Let him know you are doing your best and you can't really help when some things happen. Try to find some common ground. Such as hanging out at a time when your parents will let you. Also remember to listen to his side as calmly as you can. It won't help if you start getting just as upset. Also remember that a relationship has give and take so try to help in any way you can. :)

Or to come off as mean spirited?

Mean-spirited is defined as "someone or something that is unkind, motivated by cruelty or intended to be hurtful." So for example, someone who loves seeing others fail, humiliating someone, taking a fault and laughing at it or embarrassing them, enjoying someone having a tough time.

My boyfriend ia always saying that he wants to die that his going to kill himself should I be woried and talk to him.what should I say to him?

You should be concerned. If someone is contemplating suicide, it is very serious. You need to let him know that you are there for him and you will help him in anyway. Let him know he's not alone and try to do things to let him see it. Surprise him with a visit or take him out for some fun, play some video games, watch his favorite show. Ask him why he feels the way he does and listen. Offer good advice. Let him know how much you'll miss him if anything happens to him and how sad you'll be. Also, if he has a family member that is close to him or someone he trusts, let them know that your bf is feeling depressed and ask them what you can do to help. You need to help him if you can. :)

So I am 17 years old and i have been dating this guy for 6 months. All we have done is make out, he is a very horny guy and he always wants to do more and more. He wants to do everything, i think im nervous because i don't want him to think I'm bad at it. I am nervous about giving him a blow job because i have never done that before, and i am nervous about sex i just want to please him but i want to be good at it too. any advice as to what i should do??

You're going to have to tell him that because you've never done any of this, you need time to be comfortable with it. Tell him that when you're ready you'll let him know, but until then ask him to be patient. You might feel lame saying this, but honestly, it's perfectly natural. Don't push yourself to do anything you don't want to do. You won't be able to undo any actions so take it slow.

Hi Annie, for the past 2 years I haven't had any sexual contact, but in the area I live in checking for the most common STD's is the standard for an OB/GYN check up. I've been tested 4 times (once every six months) and I have always come back clean. But this time I went to a different doctor who uses another lab for their testing, and they said it's possible I might have an STD. How is it possible that they were able to catch it, and not my first doctor? (the doctor I used to go to moved out of town at the last minute, and I had to go to a new doctor because of that)

I have to be honest, I'm not the most knowledgeable person about this. I do know that not all tests are 100% accurate and there is a chance for false positives. Also STDs take time to show up and most of the time you won't even have any symptoms. However, I did some research and it seems like its unlikely for something to show up two years later. (http://std.about.com/od/overviewofstds/a/incubationper.htm). However, to be on the safe side, I would mention to the new ob/gyn this information and take any follow up tests simply because it's safer. I would talk to the new doctor about why the old doctor might not have caught anything. All doctors are different and perhaps the new one is more careful? All in all, i say it can't hurt to let the new doctor know and to take any follow up tests s/he recommends. I wish you the best of luck :)

My mom is finally letting me highlight my hair.I have black hair, with natural dark brown highlights.I can't have any bright colors yet. What would be a good color?

I would suggest start with shades that are close to black such as dark browns. There are actually lots of shades in that range, believe it or not. If you are going to get it done professionally, I would ask them. They have the best knowledge.
