I would like to know what foods help loose weight :) i feel quite self concious about my weight. I am not overweight but i would like to have a flqt stomach :)
Jasmine23 answered Saturday March 8 2014, 10:49 pm: I would suggest a healthy diet. But! Watching your food intake will help. But a good idea is too look on pinterest for stomach exercises. Because it takes a healthy eating lifestyle as well as proper exercize to acheive a toned thin stomach. I am currently working on this my self too.
