Yea, 14 or 15 because if your like 13 even 14 they'll tell you that your body isn't done growing and if it's still growing and you get it done, your stomach will stretch and the ring will tear and leave a nasty scar. They recomend doing it at age 15!! That's what they told me anyways. Good luck.

Alright. I just moved to Tucson from New York. Well, I got a really scary call from one of my friends in New York today. Ok..just a couple minutes ago my friend told me that she saw my boyfriend smoking with his friends. Sure I think that him smoking is a problem..but what really makes me mad is that he told me that he stopped smoking. And the other day his friend walked up to him and goes "omg dude! you were like drunk last night" and he told me that he didn't know what he was talking about. I have light brown hair and big dark brown eyes with long dark eyelashes. How should i wear my make up so i look my best?
I look the same, except I have dark brown hair. Anyways, I put eyeliner not undermy lashes, but above them (it looks soo good!). I also put on silver, white, or pink eyeshadow on my eyes. Hope I've helped!!
