Yeah sit ups will help you a lot. Do it for a month.
You will only lose "some fat"
So if you start dieting or exercising, realize that and don't push yourself because the "other fat" is staying.
It's only there, to hold your organs in and stuff.
People get so disappointed when they can't lose that but it's better if you keep it.
Just eat healthy foods and exercise if you gain a few pounds.

You should only stick to proactive. Multiple products dry or irritate the skin.
It takes at least a month to see proactive's full affect. Always continue using it, if you face is 90% clear.
