I say just go up to him and start talking to him about whatever and just have a good time. If he DOES bring it up, you can either let him know just right then and there your brother was telling the truth, or just laugh at it, and be like,"Pft, my brother's always doing that to my guy friends, I'm so used to it by now. Do you have a brother? They're annoying sometimes aren't they?" and then just laugh about it and change the subject into something else.
